This job offers you zero work-life balance due to the extremely long hours you will be working to meet daily expectations that are truly weekly or monthly goals. The warehouse is extremely understaffed which results in 12+ hour days, which you will be ridiculed for if you "don't commit to pushing yourself" past your physical limits. A warehouse team that will bot even attempt to help you with any requests and vehicles that are so poorly serviced that they fall apart all the time and you are still expected to finish a day after being stuck for six hours in a ditch in -20 temperatures. Extremely poor work culture that drains and stresses their workers past the point of minimal motivation; their isn't any meaningful reward for meeting these expectations.

Not a good job. Seemed cool at first working for redbull, but it’s not. My boss was definitely not a leader and just a bad person. Work was so meaningless and the pay sucked for the amount of hours worked. Would work up to 14 hours a day sometimes and all the boss could care about is if I hit my goal for the month. Everyday you are tasked with an amount of stops, bringing in product and stocking it as well, and it has to be stocked in a certain order which makes the day even longer. Then you’re trying to sell in displays and fridges to get “wins” to make your boss happy. It’s just stressful honestly. The only good thing about the job was the free drinks. If you don’t wanna move up in a company, work here. I was never happy here. So happy to be gone. Had some good coworkers, but the management was just awful.

While the managment at Red Bull tries to come off as your friends they are all incompentent in more ways than one. They dont even try to hide it, they just shrug it off and leave you to deal with it. 

If your not in Calgary where you have people to load your van, recieve orders, clean the warehouse then be preparred for long days with alot of unexpected hiccups or changes. Truck deliveries to the warehouse to recieve product is a nightmare. Sat and waited 3 hours for trucks on my own time. 

Constant product shortages, especially on limited edition flavors. Then you get to deal with upset store owners with no back up or explanation from any of the bosses. 



I thought I had made some friends. I didn't. They back stabbed me and tried to get me fired. Management wanted me to rush work and not go above and beyond just to make sales. I worked 12-16 hour days delivering for them on salary so not making anything on the overtime. Just to make them happy and to keep up with my route I was given. But when the 16 hour days 5 days a week while sleeping in a hotel for a week at a time sometimes 2, all caught up to me, there was no understanding that I was pushing myself so hard for the company that could only ever see where I went wrong. 

Typical day includes reviewing sales (daily, weekly, YTD etc).  Preparing for meetings (internal & external customers).
Ongoing training and development of sales team.
Trade Visits & customer engagements

Key learning is pushing the customers and staying true to the brand and sales strategy.  Consistently and great execution breeds success.

Great young team in all areas of the business.  Fun and easy to work with.  Many are friends after work.

Hardest part of the job is managing HQ perspectives and strategies for our country.

As a warehouse manager, my list of duties never includes ended, and that’s to be expected of course, but the lack of help and preparation sets you up for failure. And once you fail, they have no problem kicking you out the door. What I expected from my interview and my week of training, to what my actual job entailed were night and day. The demand of things to get done versus how much time there is in a day was without question not doable. Would not recommend this for anyone looking for a genuine manager role. Too much is asked of this position. 

typical day was calling on grocery and convenience stores to place orders, and sell in incremental displays.
Management was helpful, friendly, and open to ideas and suggestions.
Workplace culture, work hard, party hard.
Hardest part of the job was turn over, and constantly working with new hires with little to no sales background.
Enjoyable part, meeting new people, culture of the brand involving extreme sports, free Redbull !, flexibility to manage your own territory.

This was my first job in sales. The company provided a great training program to get any newbies into the swing of things. The job itself was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. Your workday can be as long/short as you make it generally, as long as you hit all your stops and are not cutting corners. Base + commission and the sales goals are pretty attainable. The best park of this job were the managers. Very helpful and down to earth people. Same with co-workers. Very great environment. 

This is a great job for anyone looking to enter into the sales industry or simply have something to really boost up their resume.  Management is great and encourages you to succeed. They treat you as a person and not just a number. The hours are often long, typically between 10-12 hours a day. This does get a little frustrating since it's salary, so you aren't earning any overtime pay. Targets are typically attainable. The commission pay is unfortunately capped.
