Car sales always seems to come with a stigma. I enjoyed providing my customers with exceptional customer service, a non pushy environment and the information they needed to make in informed decision. I was able to do sales at Toyota in a way that was not compromising to my morals and values, thus allowing me to succeed. Constant training and team building were apart of my work environment.

Overall RDT was a good place to work. Management and staff were all friendly and everyone worked hard. Before I started there was a poor reputation, the new staff worked hard to turn the reputation around and now I would say it is a highly respected Toyota in Alberta.

There were service reminder calls, and calling to see customer satisfaction outbound calls. All of us had these calls to make I was able to do 3 calls to everyone else's one call. Felt like I should've been able to leave after my calls were done or paid more for doing triple amount of work than everyone else.

Everyone could work more as a team but instead they all back stub each other.
 Is hard to ask for a second hand.
Due to being flat rate i felt like everyone is just there for themselves.
Other than that i like working on toyota
Easy to work on.


Un organized management teams that does not see eye to eye on much. Two of the 3 managers would rather degrade you then build you up. Hard place to work if you are new. Follow  product advisors steal your customers, then complain if you even bat an eye at theirs.

The automotive industry is what it is. Every place has its problems and here is no exception. That being said I’ve worked a couple other dealerships in town before getting out of the industry and this one was by far the best. Excellent pay structure for sales that pays you for doing a good job.

The culture at Red Deer Toyota was toxic and full of gossip. A typical day consisted of detailing and driving vehicles also, sometimes driving vehicles to Calgary or Edmonton. Management was the largest flaw at the time, they did not deal with workers in a respectful or professional way.

I loved working for Red Deer Toyota. The staff is like family, I never felt more welcome at a job in my life. If I had the chance I would go back in a heart beat. Great management, always try to go the extra mile for everyone.

Initially was a great work environment , unfortunately no room for advancement as everything is locked down . Expectations are very high , management is very helpful and co workers amazing . Overall good atmosphere if you produce

You do not want to work at red deer toyota.  The staff are 2 faced, they'll terminate people for no reason, the turnover rate is crazy high, management are jerk and there is no communication between anyone. All in all gong show
