you stand for 8- 12 hours a day 
you dont learn anything just how to package veggies
management needs to start working together and get things figured out. let people know a head of time because playing by ear sucks.
very cultural more somilians and people from thialand then canadians
the hardest part is working long shift cause you feet start to hurt and when your sick you cant go home because somone faked sick. and how others treat you. the most enjoyable thing is working with your co worker and joking around while working it makes the time go by

Packaging a lot of cucumbers 
The supervisors were reliable but the general staff left a lot to be desired. Spoiled kids who refused to work and would rather steal from the company or their coworkers than do their jobs. Or little old ladies gossiping and picking fights with other staff.
The hardest part of the job would be the constant lifting in the colder section of the building.
The best part of the job would be the fact that there were plenty of new people to meet.

Worked there for several months during a summer season. Never knew when we were done (there were some 18 hour days without overtime), management was not willing to accommodate any kind of needs or time off requests. Your scheduled days off could be revoked in less then 24 hours if they wanted you to work. Had an unnecessarily complex system for signing in and out. often required two fingerprint scans at separate machines.

everyone was very safe as in always wearing proper PPE and watching out for each other. there were some longer days when an order had to be completed and in the summer it was always very hot while working. the hardest part about the job would probably be the temperature because no matter how many fans they had on it was humid and hotter inside then it was outside on 30 degrees days. the best part of every day was always working with great people.

The company is friendly ..Good atmosphere and care a lot for the employees

Not really stressful, It's good to be hardworking

best Open Source Company to work with. You can fall in love with the company, _very_ open culture, very good values, the employees are talented, and the work you get is very good. You will meet many intelligent folks here,and there is lot to learn

I enjoyed my time employed there. People are great to work with always a few in the crowd hard to work with but you make the best of it. Its all about your own attitude if you want to have a bad attitude than you will not work out very well. Its your job do it don't complain.  

Nice place to work with all the perks you can imagine. Day @ work start around 9:00 am and 9:30 am with 30 minutes meeting with manager. Management works very closely with employees. The hardest part was the in house procedures and processes (not clear).

Absolutely great company to work for or would not have stayed so long.
