My experience working for Redecan was great. My pay for an entry level job was almost $5 above minimum wage. We also received mileage to and from work, and a monthly allowance for cell phone and product samples. My manager was fantastic and I felt like she really cared about me and my coworkers. She was very accommodating to our schedules. It felt like a supportive company to work for. My only complaint was that they weren't always very organized, and sometimes there was a lack communication between the managers. Aside from that, I loved working for Redecan. 

Former security guard. Good pay and benefits for the work load. The supervisor of the security team is very lazy & aggresive towards his staff if they don't do as he says. He bad mouths all his staff and higher ups in the company behind their backs. The gossip is top notch, next level. Supervisor does not care about anyone but himself. It's a shame. Security at Redecan could  be great if they had someone with intelligence and a level head. 

Great place to work. Monday to Friday lots of paid time off, great benefits, great staff to work with. Profit sharing when work goals are met. Managers and production managers will give you any tools when they are needed or asked for. Great team environment that works together to get product out the door in a timely manner. A lot of overtime available.

Two washroom stalls for 100s male of workers with Covid 19. Management is just learning their jobs. Benefits good. Upper Management and Security Management always butting heads. Some work unsafe. Have alot of calls going to the MOL. Some have to follow rules others donot.

Great place to work if you’re into unprofessional management and drama filled employees. 
Don’t expect to move up unless you’re family/family friends, it’s a dead end. 
Taking my experience and putting it towards another company that will actually appreciate my hard work, I suggest you do the same and look elsewhere.

Terrible company to work for. Unorganized, unprofessional. The only way to get anywhere is to know someone or sleep with someone. A lot of extramarital affairs going on between upper management and young staff. They do not follow rules and regulations. Poor sanitation. The management is inexperienced and under qualified 

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for... The sanitation manager if that's what you want to call her verbally abuses the employees if you go to hr and complain they will fire you.... She sits on her phone all day and barks orders at everyone I have never met someone so lazy.... Depending on who you are and who you know depends on how your work day goes

Do not get a job there unless you want to be bullied and harassed by a crime boss   There are no safety measures, they bribe people with handing out cash and pizza parties   I’ve had to go on stress leave for months because of this place I was finally fired for speaking out about unsafe precautions about corona virus

The employees are kind and easy to talk to. The work load isn't too bad. The bosses and the HR girl were all unprofessional and very rude to employees. The gossip and bullying was terrible. Not worth the pay. Couldn't stand to stay for even a year.
