The work atmosphere is exciting and fun where all workers and customers as well are active and are passionate about the brand and being active. The majority of the workers are post-secondary students and hence schedules are flexible and store manager is very understanding to schedules. Most of the coworkers get along well and any conflict get dealt with professionally. The  hardest part of the job would have to be the alarming rate of store manager changes within the workplace. During the first year of my time at Reebok, there has been four different managers for the store and store operations and procedures along with team member changes has been difficult to grasp and adapt to. The most enjoyable part of the job would honestly be seeing customers pleased with the products provided by the members in the store and seeing the customers return for more product at our store.

I was a co-op student for this work place and didn't get paid which I didn't mind, I liked doing it for the experience but when I came in for the first 2 weeks they helped me out and did their job on top of that, a little while about 3 weeks into my co-op placement they showed their true self. They sat around and didn't help the customers they talked about their lives and kids and didn't help the customers. I talked to one of the managers about this and they said "I will get this sorted out, thank you for bringing it to my attention". After that I came in the next day and the manager I spoke with was talking to them about his life and how I said they don't do their job and what not and they got mad at me and treated me like I was a slave and made me do all the work.

This position was extremely helpful in furthering my sales experience. Starting this job, almost three years ago, I had no prior experience working in sales. The management tasked with training and teaching us how to improve our sales goals on a daily basis should not be overlooked. The culture surrounding the work environment was fun, yet the driving force behind our ability to work productively with one another derived from our teamwork in closing sales. In conclusion, I know I will be taking many attributes that I have learned from this position and using them towards my future endeavors.

The majority of my coworkers were always helpful. They taught me new ways to do things - both related to the job and outside of the job. If any of us needed a drive for some reason, someone else was willing to pick us up. We worked together to get tasks done. The management was fairly good, however they did have some mis communication problems. The hardest part of the job was always reorganizing the store when new product was given to us, however, it was always fun to try it on!

I came into Reebok without any experience in retail, just some volunteer work. The environment is great and everyone helped me to learn fast and become part of the team. I really enjoy working there, but just remember you’ll be standing for long hours and talking to all sorts of customers. 

Very small store with a staff of 4. I worked there right out of High School. I did mostly Part Time because full time was taken by the manager. I learned a lot about Reebok and have done crazy sale days. Our store was the size of a closet. Which it was... inside of a gym. It did get very boring because we truthfully only made about $500 a day... if we were lucky. I was a key holder as well.

At Reebok it was great, I learned lots of sale techniques, footwear technologies and, apparel styles. Management was very involved incorporating different ways to pick up on what type of product the customer typically would be looking for and, we just had fun while making sure we still drove sales, merchandising and product placement

Management was not easy to communicate with, constantly accused employees of their mistakes. High sales goals, with no commission or rewards. Would not recommend this location.

I was basically working as a part-time at Reebok. A typical day at work was generally balanced,though it was busy during festive seasons and discount periods.It was a  great place with very friendly co-workers. The management was very organized,have learned a lot of tactics of providing the best of customer service while working their.

Reebok CrossFit 306 has been the most satisfying venture of my life.  I built it from the ground up.  Started as the only person working to growing to 500K in revenue per year with a staff of 8 including an operations manager and a marketing director.
