A typical day at work was actually very different than a "normal day to day" sort of job. I worked at various nightclubs taking surveys for a tobacco company. So I would work very late nights. And what I would do is sign people up for 711 gift cards after that participated. So to do this type of job you would need to be a very outgoing person that took rejection with a grain of salt. The management was very understanding about shift times and starts and all around making it easier to balance your work with your personal life. The hardest part of the job was hitting numbers of people in very empty smoking areas of clubs. The enjoyable parts of the jobs were different events we got to work like boots and hearts, veld, solaris, etc.

- organize staff on site
- assist with re-stalking of supplies
- assist management with set up and strike
- pick up supplies prior to event
- shipping elements post event
- reporting and payroll

Through Reef Moxie I've learned how to organize my day in order to meet the needs of my staff. I have also learned how to multi-task and adapt to adversity. 

The hardest part of the job is the time period they give you to learn a companies profile. The most enjoyable part of the job is the companies you get to work with the people you meet.

I worked for Reef Moxie to supplement income from my Comedy/Film & T.V career. They hire lovely people and it is a very fun work environment. As a brand ambassador, there is some room for growth although most of the folks that take those jobs are not interested in pursuing promotions and marketing. It tends to be folks that need a job in the interim, between school and career, or just on top of another job. Great company though!

Weekend hours are easy to have school or other work around.
Work locations all around Canada.
They're a staffing agency so they manage a lot of different jobs. My specific job was promoting LG 3D TVs and writing reports at the end of the shift about what happened that day.

Ive worked for this company as a BA for a while. 
Pros
-Pay is good, usually ranges from 18-24$/hour
-easy work 

Cons
-dont expect any emails back from the coordinators 
-late on pays
-make mistakes on pay and then they say you have to wait until the next pay period to get your money
-very unorganised

I have really learned alot about business and marketing while I was working at Reef Moxie. I made alot of good contacts within the industry and learned a ton about the marketing industry

Very flexible work, great if you need to make extra cash on the side. Great staff, everyone is easy going and fun to work with!

Everyone at the company is friendly and the job culture is tons of fun. They should have better screening processes for hiring independent contractors.

worked small contracts good part-time work and experience gained and opportunity for people to grow in their respective fields in sales and marketing.

Reef Moxie was a stunning all wooden building on King street down town Toronto and the staff are still friends with me today.
