Company deals with many producers and broadcasters in film and TV, which was a perfect fit for my interests. The team is great, and the work is always interesting, even if it can be fast-paced. The greatest quality is the opportunity, and trust, that is given for people to own their project and show initiative. Employees are always encouraged to share their feedback and ideas, and any person with the right motivation can find a place to grow. This is something that I have rarely found in previous companies in the same field. 

One of the best independent companies I've worked at, while the scope is global, the company has a wonderful close-knit team with a great work environment and. Management is understanding, and gives plenty of opportunities for employees to grow their skills. Constantly learning new things!

The distribution department of the company has the potential to be a good place to work, unfortunately poor management and mis-treatment of employees by the supervisor ruins the experience and the department.  HR does not seem want to do anything about it either.
Better off putting your efforts somewhere else. 

This company is a circus.
Management has no idea what they're doing, everything is unorganized and you will be blamed for the mistakes of others (mostly management's mistakes), even if you weren't hired at the time. If you value your mental health stay as far away from this company as you can.


I've been at Reel One for more than 10 years now. A growing company, with a great team and endless opportunities. If you have a passion for the TV industry, this is the right place. There are no boundaries, you can learn as much as you can... and the more you learn, the better your job can be!

Poor management and no financial growth. High turnover rate. Hard to get along with people in any department. Poor HR policies - definitely not a helpful department. I really wish I liked working there!

Lots of work is available if you are willing to stick with the company. The pay was below the market, but the barrier to entry was relatively low. A lot of post-production professionals have cut their teeth on Reel One shows; overall a good place to start your career.

the company has a really high turn over and toxic management with lots of drama. one of te execs picks on the smaller people and is highly erratic. absolutely stay away.

If you are a newcomer and/or have no working experience, this could be a good start - Easy to get the job here as people come and leave the company all the time.

When I started the person training me quit the following week and all my time there I saw subsequent 6-10 other employees quit.No growth and they don’t care about you
