What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is professional, collaborative, and supportive. Teams work well together, management is approachable, and there is a strong focus on learning, respect, and continuous improvement.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day involves working with data from different systems, analyzing trends, and creating reports or dashboards to support business decisions. I collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, validate data, and provide insights, while also handling data cleanup, testing, and ad hoc analysis. The work is structured but varied, which keeps the role engaging and impactful.

Workplace culture is ok and the people are for the most part ok to work with.

During the summer you are constantly fighting the clock and upper management has unreasonable expectations, which while they can be met in the winter, when things slow down, during the summer goals are just unattainable. It very much feels like those setting the standard have never worked in the positions and have no interest in seeing how it functions. 

There is no upward mobility and you are criminally underpaid for what you end up doing as it's a company where you "wear many hats", benefits are pretty standard and not bad.

Overall not a great place but not the worst, only work here is you have nothing else.

Good company with good benefits , the only problem here is the management they will always try to find something or if they don't like you they will terminate you . That's why they are always hiring . Their human resources is also not helpful they also like picking on people . But some team leaders are nice . I don't recommend working here . The workload is also not balance some people work hard some people just sit for the whole day and do a little bit of work . Companies like these that's always hiring are really sketchy . Warehouse manager just fire people without any warnings . 

Working for this place started out well enough but if you dont follow the mould expect to be shunned, often I was talked down to by my coworkers for my recreational activities (dont play golf, prefer DnD or WOW) often coworkers would  ridicule my choices. Was also looked down on cause I wasn't from the industry, another thing to note is the employees dont have an open mind and would often ask inappropriate questions about my relationship with my partner. Managment often turned a blind eye to this behavior.

Daily shipping and receiving, operation of forklifts, handling of dangerous goods. Kept warehouse/office clean and organized. Dock experience. Deal with customers and couriers on a daily basis. Inventory management, and experience in counter sales. Provided Credits, and warranties, as well took care of a lot of the paper work end of things. I worked independently with minimal supervision.

Manager in the warehouse is lazy. More into pointing a figure than lending a hand.
Pretty unsafe in general. They block fire exits all the time. 
You're worked like a dog without much thanks in return.
Some of the people are pretty cool though. 
The training is pretty inadequate. The manager will usually pull your trainer off of training you to have them do another task,  leaving you to kind of  wander around.

Local management cared about their employees. Company as a whole was very in favor of promoting within.

Training was good and continuous learning was made easy, as management was friendly and approachable.

Head office could sometimes be difficult to deal with as there was a time difference, but overall didn't have tons of issues.

Work-life balance was great, and the benefits package was stellar.

I loved working here the working environment is very friendly and the work itself isn’t too hectic but apart from that the salary here is very low no matter how good you perform or for how long you’ve been working here they will not give you a raise because they work on a policy “let them leave we have 100 others waiting to join” 

I work at their distribution center this past Summer, and it felt like a sweat shop. We worked from 8-5, and you get 1 hour lunch at 1 pm, no breaks before that and none after, I'm not even sure it's legal. The warehouse manager is an old-school dictator who micro manages everything you do, but they call it a 'family business,' yet runs the place like a soulless corporation.

Very poor management system.!
Unfair
Bias managers and falls promises.
They will act like they will fulltime.once you almost done with your probation they will terminate your contact.

Terrible system and only keep working visa ukranians
