Horrible experience working here. Stressful workplace and bait and switch tactics by upper management to stick you with tasks/ responsibilities you have absolutely no training for. Everyone is stressed and no one is willing to help. I couldn't believe a multi-billion dollar organization is ran this way. The Canada team is left on a island by themselves with little to no support. Avoid at all cost!!! 

Management was very rarely on site, supervisor was inattentive and fostered an environment that made it extremely difficult to commit to and complete tasks. Work environment was very hostile due to overbearing audio visual observation and a toxic culture of invasive scrutiny. Regal promised an open and welcoming work environment, but only provided a hostile environment that only served to create and enforce work anxiety and general stress.

The management lacked patient and proper training for new hires. It was not easy seating with people who would rather not give you the information you need to succeed. 
Because to train employees is a skills, like teaching in school. If you're not properly schooled and possess all the qualities of the teacher there is no way you can give what you don't have.

Company is great and there's a lot of learning opportunities.  Co-workers are fun to work with and very supportive in working as a team.

Since the company just completed its systems transitions, Lots of system enhancements need to be undertaken to align with the current operational demands.

Over-all, majority of people are fun to work with.

make sure all amount dues are paid because they will mislead you. It's all about the shareholders and not about the employees at the bottom trying to reach up for the crumbs left.At the end it's all about the shareholders, no matter what they promise you.

The environment & workplace are very boring. Management teams & staffs are isolated, they communicate strictly about works nothing else; likes robots. It is not preferable workplace for me.

No leadership - everyone only cares about themselves and their own role /job / employment
No such thing as a team with leadership
Lack of direction or future thinking

Was a great experience working with Regal. good team and easy to learn. the only thing is that safety is not as a priority and it should be at the workplace.

always fun going to work. free lunch everyday. great management team and coworkers. learn great stuff from here. my team leader was actually a team leader. thank you.
