Pay is as low as they can possibly give. Loyalty is a foreign concept. Use you up and spit you out. Dont believe the lies and rhetoric. At first they love you.... soon as you know too much, whats really going on behind the scene, you are forced out as they make you do yucky jobs or mess with your hours and schedule in an effort to make you quit.  Classy ownership and Encorp could care less about the shady business practices. 

Nothing enjoyable, sink or swim.  Reconsider and run the other way, fast.  Strongly advise, for you own best interest.  I would rather deliver newspapers than stop in that place again

Not a great place to work, but it's an easy job to get. When I was hired I had a quick five minuet interview and was hired on the spot no questions asked. I would not recommend you work here unless you like to be taken advantage of by the managers and the customers, especially all of the druggies who show up and get violent with the staff. 

I was a high level employee who spent about 2 years managing multiple sites. Do to bad ownership there was a lot of turn over. There retention is about 5%. If your willing to work for pennies and put up with an unclean and unprofessional environment then give it a try. But my recommendation is that there are a lot of other opportunities out there that you should try first.

Regional is probably the best job I have had. The wage is not great but the company is fantastic. I enjoy going to work every day and never watch the clock for closing time. However, as I said the wage is not great and I have to look out for me. I work too hard and am too mature and reliable to be making a little as they are paying me.

I liked working there because of the people staff and customers definitely a unique place to work. In the winter pack A lot of warm clothes it’s like working in an icebox and in the summer it’s like working in oven it’s brutal but after a while you slowly get used to it.

The people are very enthusiastic and fun, but also hard working. Communication is what makes Regional Recycling a great place to work. There are aspects of heaving lifting and verbal interactions with customers. Various jobs to be completed and an opportunity to try each one.

Nothing to say. The management is not the best out there. I learned how to do cash and customer service. The hardest part of the job was when there is a line of people out the door and we are understaffed and management is yelling at you to get it done, while they are just watching and not even helping just barking orders.

Over the past 5 years the culture has changed a lot at all of their locations. They have lost all of there mid level managers which is the result of direct bad ownership. 
If you are considering working for them at any level I wouldn't.

Management was good to work with, work pace varied enough between customers and yard work.  Hardest part was weather and noise.  Most enjoyable part was always something different every day.
