What is the best part of working at the company?
There is nothing good well maybe wfh 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Bullying and nepotism for a start. Senior managers that specializes in gas lighting.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic. No one cares.  HR is there to protect the company so brush any issues under the carpet or outright ignore them

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go go go always somehting thays needs urgent attention

This place is not a good place to work. Leaders micromanage and are fake. The colleagues are friendly but will stab you in the back in one hot second if they need to move ahead. Pay is average and benefits is ok. I would not recommend anyone to work here.

Sr. Management is very disrespectful.  They encourage a culture of blame and gossiping. Lots of narcissistic people who are making employees life very difficult 

At least I learned what I will never , ever accept in a working environment anymore

Overall good Company to work for. Good salary & great benefits. Some people in charge are detrimental to the Company's otherwise good culture, unfortunately.

Great learning experience and welcoming environment. Paid well and manager was great. Would recommended to other students as a great starting point for a career as an actuary

Everybody is helpful and very fun work environment. Manger is very patient to answer any questions you ask. Sometimes people will bring food to share in the office.

The employer was excellent. The company gave a wealth of different experiences throughout the contract. Management was engaging and made the job very enjoyable.

however there are limited career growth opportunities
the pay is also a bit below the industry average

challenging work and a lot of room for career development. You will be promoted very fast if you do well in your position. The company has a good culture of learning and sharing

Fun and good stepping stone for a beginner in the reinsurance industry. Definetely a great place and you can learn a loot. Play hard work harder and make someone else rich
