you have to have have to have certain mindset to be able to survive in this company's culture, basically have to accept that, your actions  have no impact on your advancement. it the boss who decides to make or break you.
It can go on forever, if I wanted to say it all

Hated the HR bunch of cheer leaders who cant count.  Hated the management the Team leads have no experience they do nothing . There buying there time till they close  and keep there hands in there pockets all day or check there cell phones for facebook updates . They hire untrained unsafe people to fill in there gaps its hard work and boring work . THE JOB SUCKS !  FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO WORK .

It's honestly a pretty straight forward work environment. The staff is almost completely bilingual and the job is relatively simple. The shifts can be really long but the pay and benefits make up for it. Nice people.

It started as a good place, but quickly figured out management would make it horrible.
Unfortunately it started getting to be political, with the eng/fr  problems.
I have no issues with eng vs fr but when management begins to treat you like 2nd class
Then it was time to go.

for your first well paid job is good. Long hours, lack of structure, people not showing up for work added responsibilties makes your life miserable.

Hours were regular but hard, but the work was agreeable and coworkers fun.  You got a free meal and got to leave when work was over, able to just go home, no overtime or home-work.
