What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of my job was working with my Sales Team. I was privileged to work with some top notch professionals some of whom I hired.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unrealistic Expectations, working in a toxic environment,  an organization that is struggling,  grasping at how to get improve productivity.  The Organization's management of its 100% Commissioned Sales Force is outdated, the corner stones being that of Respect, Autonomy, 
Flexibility  required to effectively get the most out of your Team are  non existent, rather replaced by a  toxic micro management 
approach, this is from Top Level Management down.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment I witnessed and experienced  was Toxic  
lacking  leadership and integrity. A very broken fragile framework more sizzle then substance. The Heart of the Organization  being that of its Salesforce were treated with disrespect and consistently   the centre of blame this stems from Top Management's Leadership. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Most of my Day was spent on the phone supporting my Sales Team  , approving deals, coaching on the go, while also putting out fires for customer's who had issues with the services we recently provided.

This was a great job.  Even though it was a fast paced, fairly high stress job, I really enjoyed it.  Management was very professional and my co-workers were fantastic.  The hardest part of the job was not being able to accommodate every service call immediately.  It was very hard to have to tell a little old lady that we won't be able to come out and fix her furnace for at least 24 hours, especially when it's freezing out.  Limited hours, limited technicians.  The best part of my job was moving mountains so that little old lady wouldn't have to go without heat for too long.

A typical day is fast paced with no stopping between jobs going from one job to the next.
I learned to deal with different and negative personalities every day especially irrate customers
Management offers No help , no advice, but they have great expectations.wanting you to sell on top of regular duties
Co- workers are great people to work with
Hardest part of job is dealing with management/irrate customers and sometimes working conditions are not optimum
Most enjoyable of job is dealing with homeowner's issues

Reliance is a revolving door; management has changed 4 times in the last two years. The manager at the time was swearing to me (not at me),  just found it very unprofessional, they were subcontracting work out and I got told to go back on my own accord without pay and fix a leak done by that said company. I recently found out this individual is still working there but is still in charge. If you respect your ticket I’d work else where. 

Reliance does hire people that really no the job the job can be tiring but it can be rewarding as you are able to troubleshoot and help other people I don't know what else you want to hear I have told you what it was like to work at reliance there were office politics as well that no one was able to control

When I first started to work there it was great. Bosses were friendly and helpful, but as time went on the work culture changed. They seem to have a system where they single a few employees out and bully them, making worklife more stressful than what it needs to be. Some guys they never seem to bother with even if they spill large amounts of fluid on the ground.

Strong corporate culture that is fixated on growth through the rental channel.
The best tech/Ops support base in the country in this field. 
The top technology available for this field. you will still work very hard here.

I would love to have the opportunity to work there again I meet so many people and different cultures there it was an experience I will never forget. I discovered when I worked there I found out on how easy it was to learn foreign languages..

Reliance is not a place for you to learn or grow.  It's a place you call a job.  Banks, Telcos are places you want to grow and have advancement.  Reliance is like your grandpa's old sofa.  Nobody cares its there and no one wants to throw it out but you want to.

During my typical workday, I am responsible for overseeing the production teams as they progress on various stage of the assembly line. I check in and help them with any issues they may be having such as quality, troubleshooting, and meeting production target .
