-This company presents work life balance, most days you don't have to work after 5pm, depending on your role. 
-Work in the Accounting department is not complicated, but repetitive.  
-They use an outdated technology so skills gained here are not transferable (with exceptions). 
-Career growth prospects are limited and hindered by constant office politics from insecure co-workers/manager.
-Micro-management and rude tone is their preferred management style. 
- Comradery between co-workers is lacking, and workplace culture is toxic. 
- Pay is above average for the role and work, but you will quickly realize its at the cost of your mental health. 
- If you are an ambitious, motivated, professional and a  self-starter, this is not the company for you. 

Work is straightforward, not much complexity in the day to day task. very small team and only a couple of employees are nice and easy to get along, but most including management are manipulative and toxic. They are insecure and only wants people in the team that will go along with their schemes.
No team building events, culture is stale and demoralizing. Overall bad experience, won't recommend this place.

Lots of politics and gossiping at this office, some employees who have been there for many years feel like they are entitled to decide on what new employees should do and whom they should support. Work culture is toxic and very stressful. 
Office Manager needs training on how to be a manager and get the best out of good people instead of conspiring and colluding. 

The staff are all awesome and treat everyone like an adult, they would teach me anything I asked about/was interested in. The people were super friendly and I felt like part of the team from my first day. The hardest part of the job was leaving.
