I am expert on all machines so i can perform almost every task

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I can’t tolerate mess around the working palace so i try to clean 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The workers over there are very friendly also supervisor are very helpful

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I was in shipping one day i got 20 trailers i feel that was my typical day i load almost 450 pallets that day

When I first started there it was not a bad place to work at and the supervisor was amazing. I was there for over a year and in that time over 20 people left for better jobs. The owner will not pay for OT unless absolutely necessary. They started out having pot lucks and other things but then they stopped. The other employees were not happy and you could tell as they were leaving for better jobs as in better paying and less stressful.

Management has favourites and it’s evident. Staff cares more about being on social media instead of doing their jobs. no room for growth. CS reps have been working there for 10 years making just above minimum. 

Dispatch was good the operation manager tried his best but had very little help in trying to solve alot of roblems there I stayed there and worked around 70hrs a week to try and get job done had to leave because I was completely worn down from all the hrs I put in never got a thank you for staying so man long hrs

They let this one worker get a way with disrespecting everyone. They expect you to accommodate his/her behaviour. This employee has been written up over 20 times, the management does nothing about it. Management is not interested in creating a team-friendly environment.

The work was quite easy to learn and adapt. Learned and improved on skills such as efficiency and organization. The management was unclear at times of the availability of work, nevertheless good.

It was a great experience at Remco. I learned a lot about the transport business which was all new to me. All the employees were amazing and we had great times together.  The employers would plan different events for their employees. 

This is and ideal place for someone who is just starting in the transport company. The wages are below average and not much room for advancement.
Moral is low and employees come and go often.
I was there 3 years and it was almost a complete turn over.

Its a good forwarding company i worked there as a general labour load and unload trucks. Sometimes done sccaning and labeling there. The morning shift supervisors are really good and caring

If you need a company to store and deliver your goods for retailers you can check them out. Very spacious and secure. 
Difficult to find the warehouse for new comers as map does not take to right place otherwise its ok to work
