Remedys Rx Specialty Pharmacy

I worked there for almost a year. everyday was a stressful day. I worked there only to get experience otherwise I would not recommend anyone to work there. Transportation is hard in such area if you don't have a car. Worst management ever. No proper hierarchy. No proper canteen. In such industrial area, it's hard to get food. They don't provide you proper training. If you have some experience, good for you but if you are a fresher then good luck ! they are under-staff and they have a lot of work. almost everyday you have to stay overtime even if you don't want to. so much gossiping.  overall I had a bad experience working for Aurora branch but if you want to get some experience and not finding job anywhere then you can go for it!

The Aurora location is busy and thus the hours are long. Sometimes you have to choose between sacrificing your break or staying late. Generally the people you work with try to work together to get things done. Other areas have a lot less stress and often socializing. Lots of internal politics and gossip. Management needs to balance workload but no one wants to be cross trained in busy areas. Workplace structure seems to be degrading over the recent months. I would caution working here unless you can take the stress and help turn the environment around

Aurora Ontario Location is not the place you want to work. The people are bullies to there staff and even if you dedicate 3 years of your life to the company they will leave you with nothing less then a good bye. This company in my mind should be shut down and re scaled. I bet remedy's main offices have no idea what happens at this location. When employees are coming home in tears something isn't right. DO NOT WORK HERE TERRIBLE FOR YOU OWN MENTAL HEALTH. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

Great little speciality pharmacy with nursing home patients as well as walk-in patients. I was doing accounts receivable and would send bills monthly to nursing home patients for medications that weren't covered by msp. I would ensure special authorities were applied for by the doctors we worked with outside the office. Dealt with POA's more often than patients directly

Great place to work travel extensive but rewarding especially with safety for Senior medication management. Great job if you want to know the province and experience different subcultures within the province of Ontario.

Co-workers care for one another and form strong bonds and friendships. Company offers frequent events and lunches, as well as engaging with the community in fund raising and charity events.

Working for Remedys Rx Specialty pharmacy 261 is great. We are very family oriented. Great Management and great team. Fast paced long-term care pharmacy setting.

Loved working as a team member and to have colleagues support and collaboration. The working environment is warming , friendly. Management is  good .
