There is a high focus on quality of work and passion for life.

Managers are quiet transparent with decision making

Many team building activities

But the culture is very different from Renault France and Renault Korea. It has strong influence of local cultures

Overall Renault is a good company holding great position in Indian market also having lots of competitors but stills managed to be on top. Working there taught me good communication skills to handle customer and their requirements as well as the lackings of the company

Great working environment with international colleagues for future oriented topics in automotive with impressive leadership. Demanding employees though.

You to work different shift since it’s a 24 hours operating company 
But you know in advance which shift are you working it changes every week 

I am always looking for good Experience and make up company for good future with group together for that we can always thinking about future and winning goals

I loved it, it was a funny mission and daily basis, I learn a lot during those 4 years. I had a chance to meet a great manager who help to improve my work and get motivated.

Great experience working in this company had good supervision and teamwork. Campus was also good with work life balance being possible. Ample facilities and opportunities

Research, which ended with a patent. Nice co-workers. Hardest part to leave the job. Enjoyment when patent was accepted.
