It was alot of fun. I enjoined it. I liked how I started really early in the morning. When it was hot out they made sure you had your 15 minute brakes ever hour. You have an hour lunch. They always are checking up on you and making sure you are okay. If you ever need anything they are very good for helping you out.

Good people to work with. Great team! Even management were good to work with.

Always allows to learn more. Get to go to the schools around the district. 

Gettings things completed is satisfying. You have a schedual to follow makes it very easy somethings there are adjustments but nothing i can't handle.

Like any school board, it’s the school and staff within that make a difference.
Some schools are difficult, others not so much.
Steady work, can work almost everyday.

RCCDSB was a great learning environment. Management was kind and supportive. Traveling was great and becoming involved in school policies was rewarding.
