Working at this company has been a positive experience overall. The environment is professional but still relaxed enough to feel comfortable. Teamwork is encouraged, and most coworkers are supportive and easy to work with. Management is approachable and open to feedback, which makes a big difference in daily operations. Training is provided, and safety is always made a priority, which helps you feel confident in your work. The hours are stable, and there’s a decent balance between work and personal time. Opportunities for advancement are available if you show dedication and a willingness to learn. Communication is usually clear, though there’s room for improvement at times. Overall, it’s a good place to gain experience, develop skills, and be part of a reliable team. I’m thankful for what I’ve learned and the people I’ve met here. This company has gone through a lot of changes employees have not had raises for many years although managers always get their bonus and increase while employees continue to take cuts to their benefits.

This company has bred quite a few lazy managers who ride on their 
employees knowledge and seem to get away with it, this has become apparent to many employees who know take the same "here just to collect my pay "attitude....its a shame because from what i understand it was once was a great company to work for

When I got hired was with a helpful supervisor after a few months later the supervisor gets fired and management takes over. The management has new office procedures and restructures the company with all immigrants.  Not a good environment to work in. The customers are always getting new people on the phone that can't serve them.        

Consistent 9-5 with good starting wage and flexibility on hours when needed. Superiors were understanding and accommodating. Work environment is friendly and relatively small so it was very personal and everyone knew everyone and got along. Long hours in front of computer monitor can be taxing but overall good experience for the summer.

This company has great potential and has been a long time leader in their field. However the company is currently non functional, and in complete disarray. Do not apply to work here if you are:

Bad management with zero strategy in place
Production manager cares only about cleaning  instead of production, quality and safety. 
They managed to lose so many good employees over personal preference of the operation manager.

Prepared daily Canadian deposit and Collect payment for past due invoices.	Printed invoices and mail to customer and Prepared monthly account statements

Worked at Renin for the last number of year. Interesting and challenging workplace but changes in management impact workplace culture over the last few years.

Great place to work. Management recognizes and  promotes the high performers. People collaborate and help each other. Flexible working hours. Hybrid model.

Renin Corp is challenging environment to work in; however you get good experience when overcoming challenges. Good culture and the people are friendly.
