What is the best part of working at the company?
The drivers have a great bond with each other and help out  other drivers who are in need of help 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The boss of the wear house when i was working there was an absolutely condescending and disrespectful. Telling me i have to ask him before i can sit down and drink at are resting area after i just came from a job site delivering fire coats of dry wall i lifted my self and wanted to take a break while i was waiting for my next delivery when 3 other drivers where there for more then 1 hour before me and i get introuble 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Every one is great besides the boss who was managing the wear house near st jacque 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Load orders pick up material not available st the wearhouse then deliver to client

Amazing culture, they care about your path with the company and are always helping you grow. Founders are very transparent which is nice. Everyone is trying to improve themselves through positivity and willingness even though they are already awesome and giving their best! You feel valued on a daily basis and company's values reflect the real life (and they are different from others !!!) Very impressive for the age of the company, I've worked for very old companies and other startups. I can't even compare, RenoRun and its people are just amazing.

Worst on the job experience to date. Passive aggressive boys club management who provide ZERO direction/communication to employees. Basic on the job requirements like training &/or equipment not a guarantee. Extremely stressful due to a general lack of organization throughout. Would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you value your dignity & mental health. Entirely toxic environment. Company offers extra $ to exiting employees who agree not to write reviews like this...need I say more?

So much change happens in this company- I've worked here long enough to see many staff changes (multiple layoffs) and many day to day changes to my role. Management seems more confused than anyone with the direction they want to take things. It can be decent working with similar people. 
They do offer snacks and coffee at the warehouse which is a bonus. 

Policies also seem to change a lot as well. One thing is ok one day and the next day it's different. 

Also Covid safety needs to be implemented more rigorously. 

I joined renorun a while ago after an unique interview done by one of the first workers made me want to join and work for them. 
Unfortunately other than the interview and the and the person that got let go that did it and the rest of the coworkers at the time theirs nothing that I'd say made me want to work at renorun 
The company has lost its identity and culture they do try with events and gifts but other than a job until you find the job you want I'd say renorun ain't it

The culture here is second to none! My colleagues and bosses truly care about my growth and my success. I have the opportunity to learn and expand my career in the direction I want.

My ideas and opinions are welcome and I'm able to implement solutions with tonnes of support. There is real trust in my abilities and I have the space to use my brain and make changes that work! 

We also love to have fun - we work hard but are rewarded for our efforts!

I've never been happier at a job in my life. Beautiful office with tons of perks, make your own schedule and work from home options. Compensation is not completely fair for the work you do but in exchange you get almost absolute freedom in terms of your schedule, workload, and a stress-free environment.

Bad inventory and organization
No room for growth

When I first started in 2021 it was alright. A year later and more than 70% of company was fired without a notice. 

They only positive thing was the work life balance.

This Place needs a Management change ASAP You are totally underpaid for what they want you to do. Please look somewhere else
Physical work for Lousy $
A lot of people are untrained and don’t know what they’re doing
Upper guys don’t communicate with there employees
