Renovator

Each day we would have several different renovation projects we would work on. They might include electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, insulation etc. Mostly it was just me and my employer doing the work together. I would do much of my work by myself. Culture was mostly positive and close as it was just the two of us working and one other person who was nearby for a lot of it and very encouraging. Hardest part of the job was trying to perform tasks which I had never before learned the skills for when my employer wasn't around for me to pose questions to.

I was given daily tasks to make sure it was done during the time I was working. It was a place of quietness but hardworking to be done a project house.

I loved the fact that I could make my own hours, take on contracts that I liked or wanted. I was my own boss and as such if I needed to take a day off here and there I was able to

Being self employed has some perks, but requires a strong work ethic. there is some money to be made flipping homes. but only if you can find properties below market value.

It is a friend's company. I work for my friend. Going to Home Depot for supplies etc.., clean up, tear down, help the professionals with the jobs themselves..

I took it upon myself to do this and buy the home and take a chance on doing something different. It was a great experience and i would do it again all over
