What is the best part of working at the company?
I learned something new from my project manager.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being drip fed materials on every project while the owner is pumping us for productivity because he wants to keep 80% profit margins on every part of the job. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
When a company boasts of being in the business for over 20 years but nobody who actually does the work has worked there for more than 3 years, it's a red flag. And it's not because the owner isn't able to find "serious people", it's because he fires people and doesn't pay them. There is no culture here.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fixing the botched work of "my best guys", who don't know how to read a level, use drop sheets, or show up with the right tools for the job. Spending 2-3 hours unpaid driving between 2-3 job sites a day just so we can say to the clients that "someone is working on your project".

I loved what I did as an interior designer, but this place is not for the faint of heart or anyone human really. 

I was given a fully functional office to start off with until it was fully taken away and was left with barely a pen and paper to work with. 
FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF KINDA ATMOSPHERE. 

I was also ridiculously underpaid for the workload provided and they took advantage and got yelled at often. 

LITTLE TO NO SUPPORT. 
POOR MANAGEMENT. 
CHEAP OVERALL.
FAKE.

There's also SO much turnover, it's horrible how they're unable to RESPECT and manage key employees to stay. 

A normal day at work is productive with kind employees and team players. I learned to manage and organize the warehouse and how to organize equipment for renovation projects. I got to work with contractors and learn to work along with them. Everyone is very polite and willing to work together to figure out issues that may come up. the hardest part of the job is trying to resolve problems unhappy clients may have with the work and trying to resolve it to their satisfaction. The most enjoyable part of the job is a job well done and the satisfaction of the completed projects.

Hateful people.they cheat their clients.unprofessional.disrespectful towards colleagues. As someone said, if you like yourself do NOT work here. I was left completely alone as the new designer with absolutely no help as to where the existing projects were left standing.nobody knew anything.and i was abused by them all at the same time. Only to be laughed at by the HR rep AS they fired me and was physically attacked by Abir. they fired me for absolutely no reason. I wouldn’t be writing this if they were justified in what they did to me.

Dealing with the clients is pleasant 
The hours are good 
The project manager is not bad

Dealing with the delay on the projects

Communication needs to be worked on 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy when I’m working on a project with colleagues

Up to know thigs have gone very well. Is a job where you do not have really a consistent follow up on what you are doing but they expecting results, which means that you are accountable of what you are doing and you must know what you are doing. Personally I find it productive because you focus a lot on the job. 

Great for learning. You need to know how to work independently because there is no structure, no management, and no training. All employees are advised to save emails and CC management to protect themselves for getting blamed for errors. No management takes responsibility for the general mistakes that the company makes.

I got this job in Montreal, Quebec. It was a great and real experience about renovation and emergency services 24/7. Learned a lot of things in this area and actually I still have watching some YouTube videos about renovation.

Great place to learn, gain and grow.
People are friendly like a family.
Although there is no training, whenever you feel the need for help, project managers are always there to support, and the CEO that has your back with his profound experience.
