Reotech Construction

My background in construction gave me a good start but there was and is so much more to learn. Being with Reotech has given me access to the information, resources, and mentors needed to excel in construction. I started with little experience and have grown a lot in the last few years and the company has made good on all their promises with regards to educating, advancement and pay increase.

Reotech puts a lot of effort into ensuring that their staff are happy, whether that's from the casual dress code, keeping the fridge stocked with free food or promoting from with wherever possible to help with career development. They want their staff to enjoy working here and they're willing to listen and makes changes to their ways. 


Excellent learning environment with positive and involved management. The companies culture may need to be re-evaluated with an emphasis on employee/management expectations. As it felt at times some were treated differently. Not solely based on their workmanship and contributions, but rather, on how they were perceived by management and if they attended non-essential company events. Overall a good company to work for and gain experience in the industry. 

I was hired in July and the best thing about working for Reotech is the teamwork I experience daily, the work relationships I have developed and the fact that management cares about their employees. I am extremely fortunate to be part of this team and have been provided excellent opportunities. I enjoy good pay and benefits, and feel valued by the management and my co workers. It is still work but a great place to do it. Always positive atmosphere. 

Management clearly plays favorites and gives certain employees opportunities while denying them to others. I was told in the interview that occasional work from home was allowed, but later I was told it was against company policy. Meanwhile, a select few were given that privilege. Very misleading and unfair place to work.

Reotech has been such an amazing place to work, it has the best work culture and atmosphere with the most amazing perks and people.

I have enjoyed my time here prior to mat leave and look forward to returning to a stress free, relaxed work environment when I return!



Overall, my experience at Reotech construction has been pretty good; I’ve learned a few things along the way and now I’m actually considering a career in the construction trades.

Workplace culture is very personable and positive. Everyone always says 'Hi' or 'Good morning', and always with a smile! The company also provides free food/snacks which is such a great bonus.

They take really good care of their people. There's a lot of support from management in terms of career growth and  developement. The additional benefits they offer really are above any other company I've worked for. It was a pleasure working here. 

Told in interview there would be room for growth, there was not. Very misleading. Good place to start a career, and gain experience. Organizational structure needs some work.
