This is my first full time job in Canada that allows me to get the understanding of Canadian business, ethics, values, and requirements.

I worked at Reprodux in a variety of functions, and at various locations, and each experience I had was an immensely positive one. The people you work with are great, and leadership is always willing to listen and support career goals. They are always pushing to innovate in an ever-evolving industry, and it was great seeing what new products they were always offering. I left because I was going back to school, but would recommend working there to anyone who is interested!

The is a company needs desperately experienced management. Head office is completely lacking the leadership needed. The previous review pretty well-captured everything about the company. Probably one of the worst organisational structures I have seen. Production is in desperate need of a leader, there was a sales manager whom they fired. Only positive, the retail location is left alone,

B2B sales of printing services and construction project management SaaS solutions. Performed demos and sold the highest grossing customized web application to pre-construction Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto. Had highest appointment booking rate. Excellent in both spoken and written English. I used them successfully for engagement in interpersonal, presentation and communication.

Reprodux is a very supporting and helpful company which has allowed me to grow from where I started to a regional manager. Following some years in this position I decided to return to school and they supported my decision and kept me on staff to allow me to complete my degree and pursue my dream job.

The workflow is poorly organised and with the amount of work that is asked of you it's not good enough for today's day and age. The other thing that didn't help was my co-worker constantly looking over my shoulder as though there was no confidence in my work.

The production staff are great people who for the most part love what they do,
Most of the management is great and treat everyone with respect, 
Lots of great products coming out of the production plant.

To much drama and personal pain interfering with progress
Old school culture, customer service manager treats staff bad 
They are flying by the seats of their pants

Staff are overworked & under appreciated. Long term staff leaving after years due to the "management."
Would not recommend, no room for advancement, very little wage increases, fear culture.
