My day start by open up the construction site and do a tail gate meeting with and co-ordinate with trade people and schedule our daily work. I have learn a lot in this project working and conduct meeting and making sure we stay on schedule with the project. I have learn how to manage the project from my great mentor and supervisor. The hardest part of the job is to find and get the material needed in time for the project, so that one thing I learn is to order material well in advance and making sure to material arrived when needed. 
The most enjoyable part is working with great people and working as a team to complete the job.

I definitely felt more valued as an employee here than many of the companies I've worked for in the past. They went above and beyond trying to keep me employed before they inevitably ran out of work for the winter season. I started my carpentry apprenticeship here, learned a lot of valuable skills and met a lot of great people.

Good company pays good hours are long work is hard people are good to work with however the site was always the same and the management was a little bit of a pain  there was no communication

this was my first full time job in constrution. It is also where i started my aprentership in carpentry. lots of on the site training as well as my equitment traing EWP/ and skid steer

Had a lot of great direction from senior staff member and a lot of different challenges. Had a great time working for this company based in Edmonton.

The superintendent who I had the pleasure of working with thaught me a lot about Canadian construction. My dad always told me you will never stop learning and he is correct.

typical day at work safety meeting, get set & Go! great co-workers the hardest part of the job is going up the stairs more then enuff...lol....what i enjoy is when my shift end....lol

Good company, learned a lot.  Good people.  Great projects. Was good while it lasted.  Worked for them twice.  Made some good friends and great memories.

Arrogance and ignorance are a dangerous combination.  If you're looking for a complete group of morons to work with then you've found the perfect place to hang your hat.

If you dont know thier system they wont have time to teach you be knowledgeable about construction terms must have math ability and permit processes know your scopes of work
