A typical day of work consists of having to listen to the owner call staff into her office to berate them.  No one is immune, she makes no sense, is a micro-manager to the extent that you have to report on every single activity you are doing throughout the day.  The interview is a SHAM.  Don't be fooled.  

This company used to operate under another name, and it was the same awfulness then as it is today.  

What I learned from this company was that just because you own a company, it doesn't make you good at your job.  Motivate your employees, not hammer them down every second of the day.

So her son, daughter, husband and brother work for her as well and HUGE shocker they aren't treated the same way 

There is no enjoyable part of the day.  The location has since moved and not sure what the new one is like, but beware that everyone is loud and she WILL make you feel horrible in front of everyone else.

Please take this advice from someone who left with their confidence and dignity in tact, some aren't as lucky.  Best of luck to anyone who decides to work here.  You will be the next one writing a negative review.

As one of the more senior people on the team, I have seen the company transform over the years. The management is constantly updating and upgrading our technology and tools. The Team that we have is awesome and very dedicated. Management ensures we have all the tools we need for success and shows appreciation with lunches, snacks and outings. The most successful people on the Team are those who listen to feedback and are also willing to give feedback to management on the searches, and recruitment efforts.

I've learned how to recruit! Resolve Recruit has taught me so much about the industry and various recruitment methods. The bulk of my day is spent recruiting and talking to a variety of candidates for various jobs  

The culture here is one where together everyone achieves and works hard to get the job done. We have all grown into a family and  really look out for each other. This is not a cut throat environment like other recruitment companies.

Typical day is full-cycle recruitment. We are always busy recruiting. Reaching out to candidates to see whether they may be a good fit for our open industrial/ warehouse positions. 

Culture is very team oriented, everyone pitches in to fill job orders and is cross trained. 
Management is very active and "in the trenches" with all of us recruiters to get the job filled and to ensure our customers are happy. 

Regular team lunches are great.

I've learned a lot in my short time here so far! I'm really enjoying my team, and getting taught new things every day. The jobs we recruit for keeps us all busy and the days go by really fast. We all work really hard to make sure our customers are happy and that we place great candidates in all our jobs.  My coworkers and management have been awesome at giving me feedback and guidance along the way.

Supportive management and team; short meetings and flexibility to get the job done from a Sales Perspective; collaborative team effort for leads and business development initiatives; Best part: the Team - everyone has a great sense of humour - we all work together and support one another. Good commission structure that's uncapped.

Interviews should be conversations. Your potential employees are not on trial – don’t interrogate them! Rude and unprofessional staff, verbally abusive towards job candidates. Lack of consideration, common courtesy, and professionalism. Trust your gut on this one.

Not good place to work. Favoritism at workplace. They don't appreciate your work if you work for them. If you work hard for them no thank you for the work you do for them.

They constantly post on indeed about having new openings and then you take time to register only to be put on a 'hotlist' and have to 'wait for confirmation'. If you value your time don't bother with resolve recruit.

Who ever hired the recruiting team needs to be fired the whole team needs to be...how you hiring people and your so concerned about which area they live in when they’re willing to drive?????? People who want to work will show up simple !!!
