Resolve Staffing Healthcare Division

Working for Resolve was on a seasonal/temporary bases due to the post secondary school year flow. A typical day involved processing and administrating paper work for students in a fast and timely manner. The hardest part of my job involved multitasking while at the same time what I learned the most is that a good balance of pressure gets the job done. My co-workers were indeed very pleasant to work with as I learned to effectively play in a team setting. I would say the most enjoyable part of my day involved working with people face to face. Management was superb.

Working at Resolve Corporation was very fun. I enjoyed coming into work. I met a lot of people, made a lot of friends. I started entering sins into the system. About three weeks after, I started prepping documents for scanning. Shortly after I started doing daily reports for them. I entered the total amount of mail and faxes then we received for the day. I enjoyed working for this company.

This position helped me gain computer, and typing skills. Company lacked customer service, and unwilling to help at times, including management. Some management wasn't trained like the employees, making this important role for communication and problem solving weak.

This is an easy job keying in insurance claims submitted by lots clients.  There is advancement opportunity where accuracy and speed on the keyboard  leads to incentives.  This job is not hard, very enjoyable because you get to listen your own music from mp3 while doing the job.

To be honest, this role was so long ago, I don't remember much about the experience. I know we were taking calls for insurance products and I can still see the faces of people I worked with, but nothing more than that.

It is a production , production environment. Where it is difficult to interact with other employees.
Work is very interesting, if you like "Insurances".
Too sad this place closed.

Focused,  fast pace environment.  Friendly staff . Good area to work in, easy to get there with TTC.  Lots of places for lunch. Opportunities  for growth

a typical day was processing coupons and rebates for customers that have sent them in to the company .  It was repetitive and easy to do. there isn't much else to say about this.

great experience, great people. Lots to do, learning time management, obtained lots of experience, promotions available, etc.

shift system, many things to learn, great management very friendly, great workplace culture. Team work. call center environment. learn a lot about supervision.
