What is the best part of working at the company?
The machines were cool until they fired all the maintenance people and everything started breaking down

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Terrible management. Departments dont work together to solve problems. Nobody cares about fixing anything. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Bad environment, no sense of a team. Management doesn't care about employees. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Nobody knows what's going on. Jobs aren't ready to run so you have to try and figure out what to do, only to be told its wrong and you just wasted hours for nothing. Then they expect overtime to make up for the failure in management.

Management like to play a game of “attack and defend” its a constant blame game with them. Every manager will defend their team to the death to avoid negative feedback. The place is incredibly unorganized, employees are always having to search for things needed to complete the task at hand. When management is approached with a problem they either deny it exists or simply refuse to do anything to rectify it. 

The company leader is incredibly out of touch with what its employees really want. The atmosphere is really quite thankless. You are constantly asked to produce more while your benefits are stripped before your eyes. 

The company was purchased by Resource Label Group and had a new management team take over the business. It's been a great experience! The culture is positive and dynamic, coworkers are fantastic! Since being part of such a large organization, I have seen a lot of changes with management and employees alike. There is a culture of respect and support for one another, no matter what your role is. This is a great organization that is rapidly growing, the work is interesting and there is strong work-life balance. I highly recommend RLG Canada to anyone looking for a fulfilling career. 

Hi! I worked there for almost a year as a production scheduler. People are great, supportive and has good work culture. You can do work from home if required, good vacation package too. Job security! they terminated more than 20 employees in a week without any prior warning or indication,  just a management decision! Although they gave some compensations but...

As a recent hire, I have been made to feel welcomed and valued from day one.  The Management Team and Leadership is one of the best I have worked with and for.   The people are great and everyone is working together for the common good of the Organization.  I have a long commute into work and it is worth it coming into a place that you are made to feel that you are a contributing member.

Owners are rude, arrogant , spoiled and if they are not firing someone they are busy trying to make your life so miserable in order for you to quit. It's a game for them. Plenty of great companies out there........ Stay away from these grown up brats.

Fast pace environment, tight deadlines and high expectations of minimum wages.
Overtime available but only when it suits the companies needs.
Benefits are minimal and employees have to pay of them.

It was a great working environment as the team coordinator got along with everyone. The most enjoyable part of the job was that every member of the team was appreciated.

Co-Workers respect each other which makes it easy to get along with people. Overall it is an ok place to work. However, this company doesn't offer a lot of opportunities to grow in your career.
