It  is a great place to work, and fun. They work as a team, I’ve seen them helping each other (not just thinking about their own station) , they communicate to appreciate their colleagues and improve their services. It’s a lively kitchen. They also give opportunities for  passionate employees who want to grow. The Chef is a very supportive person, fair, motivating, and patient. Most of the employees are very friendly, the owner is very nice.
Overall, it is a great work environment. 

It was alot of work but we were trying our best to keep everything rolling the way it should. From the line to close the restaurant and keeping everything clean when not everybody was giving there 100% to keep the moral happy and find a way to get home it was something that got me trained very hard mentally but taking the good and the bad makes you proud of been part of the team.

In depth training and leadership skills mentored for the new and evolving recipes/techniques brought out by the chef. 
Fun, dynamic and beautiful experience overall.

My days working at Zibo, although they were short it was rather fun. I met a lot of friendly people working there and plainly had a good time working there very unfortunate when I had to leave but all in all a good place to work especially for new workers.

In the kitchen only french...excuse me ? Sorry Chinese is my mother language.
the clean up is so strange ,everybody has different standers.

Most restaurants are stressful and very busy, however this one was poorly managed and caused a lot of stress on employees. Lack of concern for employees well-being. Not worth working so hard for a place where you receive very little.

- Have to finish the work from yesterday, that another teamate left to go early.
- Boss go hard on the workers
- Finished at the hour put on the schedule was hard
- The best things of the job was when, there was a lot of client

Working for this company for over 3 years has been a great experience. Zibo restaurant is a good place to progress as an employe. The most enjoyable part was the work atmosphere and the other employees.

the people working there are the same since a couple of years and they all have each others back. if you happen to get into a disagreement with one of them then you will have the whole restaurant against you!

Lovely place to work. Very family like staff dynamic. Starting wage is very low however.. possibilities of advancement and also some catering opportunities for the Alt hotel.
