Over worked & picking up the slacks of others.
Job was not distributed equally between each employee.
Not the best conditions of work.

Good one on one's on a daily basis.
Over time opportunities. Good team work when needed & enjoyed working for Customers that always appreciated my work & provided positive feedback to my employer. Always prioritized & ensured it's Customer's 1st & happy Customer.

I worked with clients that had water/fie/mold damages to their property. I would treat the causes and renovate the affected areas.
I learned lots about dealing with clients and insurance companies.
The work environment was pleasant and I enjoy helping people get their houses back to there original state.
The hardest part of the job was the limited amount of available work.

I worked at busy restaurant, I never see the time go by, I always make sure I am doing something, helping out my peers if  my section is under control, which make the work a team effort and create a great environment. I love serving, because I love food, co-working, customer service and busy work!

The company is local and allows workers to partner with desired employees. You are given two months to learn your position and then given the opportunity to run the show

I have enjoyed molding the guys and creating a strong team atmosphere. I enjoy that the employees will do anything that is required when I ask, as we have created a two way collaborative environment.

Education for sure is needed . But as for how this industry is .its a insurance game . Pay out cheap ! They don’t look after their staff very well. Sad really .
