Not enough time and sometimes the cooling  conditions in the building

Pleasant we go with a purpose and it to do our job I do housekeeping and laundry and many times I would be assisting residents back to their rooms giving them a drink talking to them  so I assist in many ways

The facility was clean and felt like home. Staff was caring and patient

High work volume due to shortage of staff

This work environment embraces technology, inspire creativity and collaboration. Leadership is approachable.

After arriving unit is handed over. Brief meeting with team to share updates and outline goals for the day.

Massive overexpectations.  Glass lighting by my boss.  Undermining my authority

Poor.  People are overworked and underappreciated

Run all day, no time for lunch

Rude managers power tripping union reps, I learned that this company does not care about the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of the residents nor the hard working PSW. 
Managers are not approachable, the work place is toxic. The hardest part of my job was to see the state of the building deteriorating and no funds to renovate or provide the residences in a new safe building. 

The facility consistently struggles with inadequate staffing, which affects resident care. This leads to delayed responses to patient needs and a lack of personalized attention. It is evident that the well-being of residents is not prioritized. The overall experience is often marked by neglect.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fast pace happy energetic group

My job was impaired by another manager who did her best to make me look, and feel, incompetent. I enjoyed working with the kitchen and serving staff, even though that was not part of my official job description.

Even though I was a volunteer,  because I viewed it as a paid job as in that staff and residence relied on me to be there when I was scheduled, I was treated very well and with respect from everyone.

My time with Revera was interesting. They had people that had been working there for a long time, which says something positive about their communities. I didn’t love it. Little training in specific roles, unless you were in sales. Low wages.
