Great crews, many skill building and involved outdoors experience. Expereince building with others, machinery power tools air tools. Co workers willing to show and teach how to run and use equipment. lots of overtime and long hours out in camp or in town.

I put many hours of hard work into this company under the pretense that I would have hours back for an apprenticeship. When times got tough and even when I was willing to work all the time. They treated me like I was expendable and never would sign my hours.

This company was a great company to work for! My
First pipeline company I ever worked for... the old school way of teaching a person worked well for me... they built a foundation under my feet made me confident I'm myself and my work.... I should actually thanks them!

This company is an awesome company to work for, they treat everyone very well, high standards in safety and quality also high wages. Has to be the most positive work environment I have ever experienced.

I learned the ins and outs of the pipeline, hardest part was being away from home. as a crew foreman I made tight bond with my crews and equipment operators, I became a pro at running front end welding crew and tie ins. theres not a piece of equipment I cant run or fix.

Generally working for Rhyason has been positive. They treat you well and management isn't out bird dogging you all day long. Sometimes they even bring in free lunches and donuts. I've worked for them for 2 years and I will work for them again.

Hire you with promises of work and then start you on a short job. Experience doesn't seem to matter, hire on friends first.  Bad communication with dispatch and paychecks are always wrong. 

I enjoyed working for Rhyason Contracting, however they ended up not having enough work for me to continue my employment with them. However in the future i would gladly go back to work for them.

Great group of people, never disappointed with directions or jobs. If you are in the oilfield and gas industry, I really suggest giving these guys a try.

They hire non locals if they are related or friends so its hard to stay in a position.  if one of their friends or family need a job they will give your seat to them
