Richards Wilcox is a very well paying job with a great culture. I would have to say that the positives of working there out way the negatives. They do a good job looking after their employees in the factory floor, with proper safety procedures, and regular doctor visits. If there is some negatives it is that it is a bit difficult to advance to higher positions as well if you are a newer employee you will find it hard for your voice to heard by any 'higher ups'.

I m happy their with good atmosphere and good line leader,good salary and too much overtime.but right now I m free because of slow , so I need a job like same in anywhere and  I told u Richard Wilcox is not a my last job I want a more money and regular work if I get a good job now I never go back their if I get a regular work.

Start early, finish early. A good job for students who are looking for some basic experience in the work field. The hours are decent and if you want to work overtime, most of the time there will be a job for you. Training is relatively easy and critical thinking is not always required depending on the job.

Very difficult to review such a large company.  I believe there are great places to work for in this company.
In my experience the Mississauga Branch is not the case.  Asking for your all and giving the absolute bare minimum.  There are good things to be said but they are hugely outweighed by the negative.

The management is pretty good. The company is supportive and cares about its employees. The company produces garage doors. You will learn a lot about manufacturing and shipping by working at Richards-Wilcox 

great work environment, good people, good management . i would have stayed with this company if they had a division in newfoundland when i decided to move for family reasons . great all around experience working there for 11 years .

I enjoyed my time there , it had a family atmosphere when I started, you really felt like they cared about you. 
That changed when the owner retired . 

Disgusted by the management team to say the least. People working there are awful too. Management rewards the snakes and the bad talkers but deprive the people who actually work hard based on stereotype

A lot of politics, HR is anything but fair or understanding. There is no safety standard at ALL.Management doesn’t have a clue. Some people work And others don’t and get praised.

Nice company to work.
Very good team of people. 
All are very friendly and cooperative. 
Have shift work in production and good benefits.  HR manager is very good.
