Management is wholly comprised of  brown-nosed yes men, if you aren't one you won't last long.
They lie to new hires to get them to sign-up only to quit months/years later once the lies become apparent.
Cheap, Cheap, Cheap, and any appreciation they show is token at best.
They hire the lowest of the low, so they can control and manipulate them, also low pay and lousy benefits.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, it is a go no-where job.

I've been with the company for over a year and it's been a fantastic experience. Richcraft offers a supportive and collaborative environment where growth is encouraged.

The team dynamic is positive, and everyone is focused on delivering high-quality results while supporting one another. It is a place where you feel challenged and motivated to do your best work. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
It was close to home and some of the employees were great to work with.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Inadequate systems.  Difficult to complete work in a timely fashion. Lacking communication from management.

The culture is one that feeds on gossip.  Every one is talked about behind their back and no accountability,  just blame shifting.

Stressful and over  loaded of work

Working for this company there is a lot of potential to learn. But with the poor management and communication and lack of training leaves you feeling that you are stuck there only to take all complaints and the blaims from home owners for the poor craftsmanship from the trades and subcontractors and lack of QC of the construction team and project management of Richcraft    

I started work at 7am and went till 5pm 
I learned everything there is to know about contraction labour 
I like being busy on the site so it passed my day and it wasn't so long 
I liked all the guys I worked with very nice an easy to work with, if I had any questions they would answer them and I would understand.
the most enjoying part would be when I was driving the heavy duty vehicles!

Very busy workplace with multiple competing demands and timetables.A good way to see if you can cut it after being thrown into the fire.  Challenging in managing many shifting priorities and the demands of the family that runs this business.

 given no tools and no real instruction. expected to find things laying around site and slap warped and broken materials together to create sub standard products. 
The things I saw on site were honestly laughable and there's no way I could take pride in my work working at a place like this.


Richcraft is a great company with a wide variety of clients and hard working employees, both extremely fun to work with making the environment at the Design Centre very interesting. It is constantly busy with new clients and it a job I will always enjoy doing.

Overall it wasn’t a bad experience working there. However, the salary was not competitive by any means. The owners are quite cheap and it feels like they do not value their employees at all. The management support there was lacking, however co-workers were nice.
