To work here you must be a yes man, you are not allowed to question upper management even though your questions may be valid. There were many times where I was made to set aside my own morals to be in compliance with their "policies" which are not clearly stated and were altered many time when it suited them. These people are not the ones that are enjoyable to work for and if you challenge them they will find any way they can to terminate your employment with them.

Able to try new jobs within the company which made the job more enjoyable. Was able to attend fun events and had lots of interactions with people. 

-Drove new models of cars.
-Got event tickets at a sale price or free.
-Got to be creative around dealership and promoted the dealership for event sales

Mixed feelings, good place to start not a place to stay forever. The amount of work expected from you vs their pay. You'll feel on the ripped off side of things. If you have bills to pay, family to take care of.. best way to ensure you job security and wages is by brown nosing management. Only a few people will get some sort of postive reinforcement. The rest of the employees are worthless and expendable at anytime

I would not recommend anyone to work here unless you  have a true passion for Honda’s and are desperate for a job in the automotive sales industry. Very bad experience working here. Would never recommend this location to anyone. Try another dealership

It’s a good starting place and I learned a lot but I wouldn’t stay here long term unless there was higher pay or room to grow, as it is a smaller dealership. 

People here are generally nice and helpful but  they seem so stressed that they rarely ever smile. 

The workload isn’t a lot overall. It was either super busy some days or there was nothing to do.

Conducted "Turnover" sessions after car purchase was completed. Reviewed sales/lease contracts with customer to ensure customer awareness on their legal and financial obligation of the contract.  Recommended additional products and services available to the customer based on their needs.

no GM, no GSM! sales managers busy doing their own thing, sales staff bitter and hungry, chaotic/ badly managed sales operations, hostility among staff as the result of above, favouritism, conflict of "allowed" interests, and lack of involvement of the non existing upper management.

Former sales consultant. Management is very biased. Walk in are given to favorite sales consultants. Very high turnover in sales team. Only one salesman was helpful and honest at this dealership he worked here for 4 years. He's no longer here, he works for a competitor Japanese brand.

It was a good work environment. The reception hours are on point however, the cashier hours can vary. If you are working in service you have to stay till the last customer comes from the shuttle service, which in winter time could mean you staying 3 hours extra.

To succeed in this environment, it's essential to be adaptable and open-minded. Hours are long and some people you work with make the job fun. You do get some perks with the job. It is a great place to start in the automotive industry as everyday you learn something new.
