A typical day at work - a slow day is when you are doing the work of three people. 
What I learned - is to expect to be given none of the tools needed to be successful and still be expected to succeed anyways. That the reality of the job is far different than the job description I was given when offered the job.
Management - Some of the worst I have ever dealt with. Micromanager with a lack of interpersonal and communication skills and a bad temper. 
Workplace culture - Great in many ways with casual dress and a diverse workforce of wonderful people.  
The hardest part of the job - learning how to operate in the ‘grey zone’ so you can actually get your job done. Learning where to find critical information since nobody will offer it to you. 
The most enjoyable part of the job - leaving at the end of the day. 

As a former Class A Elevator mechanic, my experience in this company was nefarious.
Management does not have the knowledge required to perform elevator jobs. Is all about their profit, how fast you work, without prioritizing work safety and quality. Since you don't have a contract, they pay you what they want and when they see convenient for them. 

The owner  misrepresented  the salary and bonus in the interview. The manager was MIA most of the time. Office is badly overcrowded some people need to share desks.

I would not recommend this job.

Very unorganized and pays much below industry standards

Great company to use as a stepping stone, wouldn’t recommend staying here long term. 

If you’re a good worker, they will keep you working even during slow times which is a plus. 

Don't stay long term but a few years is great I don't wanna talk about it the managers make work horrible they don't know what there doing they put the wrong people in charge that's why I'm leaving
