Great working with the crew, there are a lot of good, hardworking people there. 

Management team is overworked, and undervalued.

Higher-ups (CEO, Executive Chef, etc) don't know how to run the company, they keep adding sub-par food stations and menus but want to charge premium rates. They are not helpful and don't know how to empower and motivate individuals. They are like a jack of all trades and a master of none. Truly sad.

The union only defended the low performers, which drove top performers to feel undervalued and many chose to leave. Union Reps are only out for themselves and their paychecks.

They claim they have naturally raised, organic, free-range, hormone-free, etc. Only some things are. Not everything. Be transparent, don't lie to your guests. Paying customers should be able to make informed decisions on what they are buying. Provide accurate information.

In one day, we have short staff and a very busy day. We have a monitor problem they couldn't see what is who's order. We all got panicked but I have a good memory of faces. At the same time working on cahier and solve traffic clean up together. So we didn't make too many mistakes. we were happy and customers happy too. We call that teamwork!

I didnt like working here. The general manager is not nice she is rude and disrespectful and yells at people in front of customers and she make you not want to work. She fired me without a reason.  It not a good place to work.

a fun place to be, but the management changes so often, its difficult to feel any sense of security. the leadership of the ceo has even changed hands 4 times in 3 years. a lot of mistakes are made.

Great job with fun coworkers but really toxic management. You cant easily book offs and they make you work for a whole day (16hr) if stuff goes wrong. Overall, it was a good part time work

Management doesn't care about your well being. They just want to earn money for the benefit of the company. Employees spread rumours that are not true.

I want to try something different and have new experiences. I want to work dealing with customers because it is something that I am passion of doing it.

I was a dishwasher and busser. I was told I was to be promoted then never was promoted as management was changed. New management also lowered our employee discount.

great place to work with extremely friendly management, coworkers and and customers. it was a very positive work experience overall and I enjoyed working there.
