Rude staff who are more interested in their lunch and talking with their friends than doing work. If you’re punctual you’ll be out of luck as no staff walks in until at least 10 minutes after 8 am even though the lines open at 8am. There is NOT a fair allocation of work you will be used as a grunt to do literally all the heavy lifting. Management is severely lacking in organization and do not offer any flexibility with scheduling. If you need a day off you’re only hope is that someone will work a double and you will also have to work one in return. With cameras in every room and phone lines there is no trust or privacy and if that doesn’t trip you up then the secret spy network will. I have been working for 20 years and have not seen this level of mismanagement before.

I never feel as though I am without resources or help working here. The team is very encouraging and they will train you and support you in everything you might need. The owners work closely with their employees to ensure standards are met and that you have all if the appropriate tools and guidance to live up to those standards. There is always room to learn and grow and there are advancement opportunities within the company as well. The hours are reliable and can be flexible if you need them to be but it is best to be a bit flexible in your hours if you can. You get to spend a lot of time with sweet pups and kittens and there is always snacks and coffee in the break room.

It is a lot of work. Especially when you first start. The training alone is very extensive. But the product of that work and training is amazing. I have never met more dedicated people. People all striving for the same goal. The animal care is the best I've seen and to be apart of that is an amazing feeling. 
The doctors and staff and management are all there to support you. Learning and training are at the top of the list for staff. Hardest part of the job is the hours.
Best part of the job is the people and knowing the dedication that goes into each clients and patients care.

It is a paced environment but great for learning and improving skills, with a great team who all work together to get the job done. The best part of the job is probably the caliber of the team. A typical day at work will be varied and busy, but often provides a good learning opportunity. The hardest part of the job is it can be exhausting as it can be incredibly busy.

Richview Animal Hospital is a fun and pleasant work environment! There is a lot to learn when you just beginning, but you’re given the tools, support and resources to succeed.

There are lots of cute animals and the team is great!

A typical day is hard to describe due to the pandemic but it consists of helping clients and their pets in all types of situations which may include getting food, booking appointments, keeping the clinic clean, etc. The workplace has great, very informative and friendly staff.

This clinic is a great place to broaden your knowledge on animal care. There are a lot of hands on learning opportunities, however, the schedule does not allow for much flexibility.

Coworkers are great! Team works together to give patients the best care. The pay is above average and there are lots of incentives. The hardest thing about the job is working with a micro managed management team.

It is very common for me to learn something new each day of work. I tend to ask various questions and I’m always given a descriptive description. Overall I enjoy the team I work with!

I love my job and the people I work with. I learn something new everyday, everyone is very willing to help! The training process is very thorough and the trainers are amazing !
