Terrible company. No organization, dispatch doesn't even know what's going on half the time. They don't care about their drivers. Give drivers impossible runs where it's not possible to make the first delivery on time. Management doesn't care about the drivers. No benefits. Terrible pay for the ammount of hours that are expected of you. Old equipment that is in bad condition. Expected to work 60+hours per week, no chance at having a home life. I do not recommend working for this company at all. There is a reason they have high employee turnover rate and all the long time employees have left.

Unsafe practices by dispatch and management, very poor pay for ridiculous hours, equipment often in subpar condition for use, forced to deal with other people's incompetence regularly and a culture of showing a lack of care for customer care which often leads to drivers facing annoyed customers.

Typical day was driving 11hrs/day. Job was pretty easy, and they gave you lots of miles. Management was  good at accommodating employees, were pleasant  and easy to get along with. Hardest part was some of the job sites that you had back into. Most enjoyable part of the job was some of the destinations that you got to go to.

-Waiting to get loaded for a 600 mile drive to appointment
-Customers always right
-Poor management with a lot of employee turnover
-Little interaction with co-workers
-Dealing with management decisions in order to satisfy customers
-Seeing the countryside

Dispatch sends me to a delivery and tells me my truck & trailer won't fit into the area he was sending me, then says figured it out. So I do slight damage to truck, popped headlight out, well don't send drivers into unsafe deliveries then asshat dispatcher.

A place to start as they were one of the ONLY local companies willing to hire recent graduates. Had a tough time getting consistent miles and some of the old timers were abusive to fellow drivers.

Always learning different things.  They were family orientated and were lenient if you needed a day off 

Great management,very understanding and cooperative  lots of miles and good home time Great co workers.Trucks were washed and cleaned after each trip.

Good consistent runs to Winnipeg unfortunately the equipment breaks often breaks down quite often causing great delays either getting to the customer or worse yet, back home

I found that this company is a decent company to work for. Although they have older equipment, they are maintained on a regular basis.
I myself wished I that I didn't quit the company Although I find the wages to be a bit low, they met my needs.
