Every day you talk or meet various multicultural clients or customers.

There is absolutely no support from brokerage management in terms of advice, forms, selling/buying strategy etc. Managers are always just sitting in their office looking at their computer.
They are cheap beyond compare. Every "celebratory" event they have like Christmas, 15th anniversary etc. is potluck where agents have to bring the food.
They are quick to collect their quarterly fees but you don't get any value for that except a place to hang your license.
They are forever trying to sign up new agents when the tiny realty office is already bursting at the seams. Only one washroom and one boardroom! You can imagine how crammed it is when 100 agents show up for an event.
Time to find a new brokerage!

As a real estate agent we are independent contractors (realtors) and not part of the actual salaried staff of the Brokerage.  The support that I get from the management however is superb and they are ALWAYS accessible whenever the need is there.  At Right At Home Realty there is a really great culture of experience, trust, and co-operation fostered between agents, staff, and management.  As a result Right At Home (Barrie Office) has been growing hugely over the past 6 months with many agents transferring in from other brokerages.

Right At Home Realty is one of the best brokerages in Toronto. Management is dedicated to their employees and they ensure their agents have the necessary tools and resources to get the job done. I have learned a lot from the RAH Team in terms of policy and procedure as well as day to day operations.  The best part of my day is meeting new clients and helping them identify their goals. I love dealing interacting with people! I think with all my experience I've become rather exceptional at addressing concerns, providing advice and handling tough situations as well as negotiations. Paper work, that the easy part!

The managemnet and workplace at Right At Home Realty is excellent . We don't spend much time in the office, either with clients or working from home office.As a realtor we work 24/7 and it can be both pleasant and hard . It is difficault to keep the balance between work and personal life and that made me think about a work environment with specific working hours . The most enjoyabe part of the job is when i see my clients are happy with my services and would refer me to friends and family .

Scheduled and managed both partners day to day showings and appointments by coordinating with their clients. In charge of making necessary arrangements for all bi-weekly and monthly marketing materials and mailers. Occasionally provided support by driving partners to daily meetings. They are always willing enlighten their employees with advice which can help one exceed their careers

I work at the Right at Home Realty head office in the deals department. The company makes it very easy to transition to a higher role once your interest and skills are proven. Lots of room for growth. Management is very supportive and understanding. Tight-knit team. 

I love to work for Right At Home Realty Inc., Brokerage because of low office expenses, excellent transaction fees and management and educational support. Unfortunately the income of a real estate sales  person as an independent contractor is not steady and due to my family situation I am motivated to seek the permanent position in administration or sales of real estate.B

AGENTS BEWARE - this company gives you no support & operate like fascists.  They are very disorganized & throw their agents to the wolves.  Stay away ! They try to bully their employees and agents especially when they know that errors happen due to their own lack of proper management. In this day and age I am very surprised companies like this exist.
