I love coming to work everyday at Righteous Gelato. Everyone is so welcoming, and they all just feel like a big family. They have core vitrue values that they live by everyday, and it's so easy to see that the people who work here, want to be here (that speaks wonders). The work atmosphere is great. Everyone is happy, open, optimistic and respectful. One big thing I've noticed that stands out from the other jobs I have worked is the communication. Righteous communication is top notch. Not a lot happens here that not everyone knows about, people from all departments are involved in meetings. If hired at Righteous, their cross training system is great. You meet with all departments to understand what they all do. 

After many years in corporate culture, Righteous is a breath of fresh air. My ideas are valuable, my contribution is appreciated and my family is important. 
The culture is unique - very accountability based and transparent. Feedback is provided early and often, and successful team members must be open to this very different way of working together. 
Team members are given countless opportunities to give back to the community, and it's an organization that truly lives by its core values.

Company with a consolidated culture for you to connect with the essence of life.  There you will not just work (work a lot, fast and in a team) and have an income.  You will contribute to society, make friends, create a bond with life and deliver this energy through the manufactured product, always doing the best for the universe.  Take care of and respect employees, accept opinions and suggestions.  They go through difficulties, after all it is an industry and variations exist and can impact, for example, compliance with the schedule, but everyone can help solve and improve.

If you are looking for a job that is inviting, caring of its employees and is progressive - this is the place for you! Lots of good things about working here, lunch program, all of the gelato you can eat, great benefits, and the people are amazing. Production work is quite physical and monotonous at times but every day some how isn't the same and that helps keep things interesting. If you don't mind listening to music and hanging with good people all while filling pints all day, you'll do just fine! Great leadership and wonderful like-minded people make this a great place to work!

I'd like to say that Righteous has a company culture that really lives by its visions and values. There are many opportunities here to learn and grow as an individual and as a company. The work atmosphere is also a plus as everyone here is always positive, optimistic, and diversity is appreciated. I've learned a lot throughout my time here.

I've been so lucky to have found a company that truly cares about its people.  As a working student, I feel so grateful that my manager has been extremely flexible with my work schedule. Even just as a part-timer, I get health benefits. And the culture at work is amazing! Open communication is encouraged, and I feel comfortable talking to upper management, even to our CEO. There are also sooo many fun perks, such as access to events and free gelato!

Something I love about working with Righteous is the constant communication that occurs throughout the entire company - all departments have a great connection. everyone is involved in meetings, and there is always someone to answer any questions you have, no matter how big or small. 

Righteous Gelato is a good place to work and advanced your career. There is room for growth and development. You will need to bring some values to the table. Be hungry for success and also be culture fits.

One thing I love about Righteous is the room for growth and opportunity within the organization. Throughout my time with the company I have changed roles based on my strengths and weaknesses, and learnt a ton throughout the process.
