As a relatively new employee (2-3 months), the ownership have truly gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and set me up to be successful in a my new position. 

They also promote a work/ life balance, no expectations on extremely long hours, actively tried to get employees out of the office on the Friday before a long weekend so we could enjoy more time with our families. What more could you ask for? 

As far as workload, it is a growing company so there's no shortage of work. But if you're the type of person to step up and get things done, you'll thrive here. You'll immediately notice that all of the other employees are highly functioning and willing to do what it takes to grow. 

Departments are a bit different on start and end times and it's pretty relaxed on expectations for hours. Some people do 8:30-5, some do 9-5:30, others do more, it just depends on the department and the current workload. 

Overall it's a very fun workplace, people are very nice, ownership just won the Employer Of The Year Award so that should speak volumes to how well things are managed here. 

I am working at Ritestart Limited as a Junior Estimator to further my educational career and understanding in my field. The staff at Ritestart limited have been nothing but supportive and helpful throughout my time as an employee. 

There is consistently a respectful atmosphere at workplace. I have never felt undermined or disrespected at work since I got here. It's overall an atmosphere that pushes you to strive and be the best worker you can be. At the same time, this company is very understanding about a work/life balance.

The most enjoyable part of the job is definitely the job atmosphere at work. Even stressful situations can be turned around simply due to the energetic and enthusiastic atmosphere of the staff in the office.

The hardest part of the job may be the on days that jobs are closing and we have to meet specific deadlines. This, however, by no means is a negative thing. Coworkers will work together to close jobs to the best of their abilities.

I would definitely recommend working at Ritestart Limited, and am glad to be working here.

I have only been her for 4 months, but I really love the working environment. I have very supportive coworkers and management does a lot to coach and build my knowledge of construction and estimating.
When my boss and I are working to close a job there is often food brought in. I they they are very generous. They have given me a laptop and a company phone. I'm really grateful because I come from a company that did very little for their employees and engagement with management was minimal. 
Another thing that's new to me is that there's a lot of feedback with my work and management often goes through my estimates and bid documents and helps me learn in perfecting them
I'm also compensated for travel as I attend site meetings regularly.
They also help me pay for courses!

Ritestart is a great general contracting company to work for. If you are willing to work hard and do a good job, they will compensate you accordingly. Management is fair in terms of their expectations of staff. It is a fast-paced work environment, with lots of opportunities to learn and grow. There are also opportunities for career advancement. The most enjoyable part of the job is that management is very appreciative that their staff need to have a good work/life balance, and they make sure to communicate this regularly. They will work with you to ensure you're happy in your chosen role. The hardest part of the job is managing your time and ensuring that all tasks get completed on schedule.

I am relatively new to the company (3 months) but am an experienced and established superintendent. This company in my short time has been great and offers great support from owner to PM and my general superintendent. They are very supportive as I had an issue with my fiancés pregnancy and the owner him self actually cares to reach out and ensure everyone is ok. The pay is good, paid benefits, company truck (newer not a beat up truck) company visa for fuel and company related expenses. You get the whole package with Ritestart I could have gone back to the biggest company’s but in my short time I feel I made a great choice and am very happy to be apart of this team.

Ritestart Limited is a great company to work with. All of the senior staff is very well experienced and knowledgeable. They are also very helpful and encouraging. They always encourage their staff to learn and advance in their career. I had no previous experience working with a general contractor, but Ritestart helped making my transition really smooth and seamless.
Workplace culture is very motivating and friendly. The most challenging part of the job is time management as there are always multiple things on your plate. The most enjoyable part the job is that you can maintain work/life balance.

Rite Start is a New company which prays on subcontracting firms then binds the contract, which over loads the trades with extra work that is not in  budgets or schedule which usualy has a very short deadline .

Very moody management team who could not provide workspace for all their employees. They asked me to work from home as clients where not accepting visits due to COVID. They terminated my employment without reason stating that the owner wished to handle these tasks himself. They did not even ask for a handover nor accepted i show them my communication with the clients. Would not recommend them at all.

Ritestart Limited is a new GC, recently established in 2015. 
I was a new college grad looking for my first “real office job” - and was lucky enough to be on boarded.

Definitely a relaxed atmosphere, management worked alongside office and site workers - creating a welcoming environment for all tiers.
