Great training, patient, and a fun atmosphere to be working in with a great professionalism around the store!  If you are hard working, focused and dedicated this is the perfect job for you, as you get what you give!  are one of the top rated Hyundai's in Canada, so expect to be busy, and expect to learn fast, once things get rolling!

the staff all feels like family, as we have all been working together for so long now, it just a natural bond created over time!  I would highly recommend anyone looking for a sales job to give river  city hyundai the oppertunity!  But just remember, hard working, focused, service orientated and dedication is the keys to make this job as rewarding as you want it to be!  I will not say it is easy, but if you stick in there, you will love it!  This place can really change your life for the better! as long as you have ambition!

you can either work to just pay your bills, or work and get paid like a lawyer! Ambition, hussle, focus, motive & dedication is the key to success & the Key difference between making what your worth, and not feeling its worth it. What you put in is what you get back! 

Not everyday is the same , I have learned wet sanding skills and power polishing skills. Management is very one track minded and does not always take feedback well. Most enjoyable part of the job is getting to do lots of power polishing which I love , the worst part of the job is no room for advancement and no room to earn more money. Dealership as a whole is nice and other staff members are friendly

Working here has been the best career choices I have ever made, Managers push you to be the best you can always and are always there to lend a helping hand, anytime you are not feeling your self they will sit down with you and work your cliental till no stone is left un turned. Will be here for a while. Great team, Beautiful building and Great Management. 

Worse place ever you could possibly work they don’t care about staff and they take $50 a month of your cheque for pop machine and don’t give raises. I would never recommend anyone work here 

The culture of this place is just one of the reasons to leave and never come back. One of the worst dealerships I have worked for.  Want to have bare minimum  pay? Want no help from management ? Want a toxic work environment? Then sure sign to work for this dump. 

Staff for most part is friendly. A lot of two facing . A lot of high school style drama.  Back departments are all super friendly easy going ppl. Co workers become friends easily. Management doesn’t  take feed back or new ideas well. Low pay low room to advance.

It was s very negative place to work, management never supported you and always fed their fav people regardless of their performance. They make you work long hours (pinners), as a form of punishment or for everyone who starts new. Lot of mind games and ways to make you feel exhausted.

Work hard play hard. I’ve never been a part of a team that laughed and played around so much while still being successful and striving to be the best dealership we can be. It’s inspiring to work in this building every day 

This is a place to work.  I cannot say anything else about it.  High stress and high turnover rates.  The main focus is on the sales department.  No room for advancement, and alienation by the management seem to be common.

River City Hyundai is one of the best places to work. They see your potential and train you to be the best. They teach you step by step and make sure you are ready, managers will never let you fail, guide you and make sure you succeed.
