I would stand for long periods of time, dealing perfect gaming procedures, ensuring I was providing 5 Star Customer Service, while maintaining proper gaming procedures. I learned everything there was to learn about black jack, and my pit boss's always had my back, when dealing with rude customers. The only time, I had to talk with my co-workers, was during break period, but we chatted, to the extent of our breaks. The hardest part of the job, was the standing. It meant, not leaving the table, even if the table was dead. The most enjoyable part of the job, was the dealing, and interaction with the customers.

They serve us meals during any holiday and its top notch food

Sone customers are nit nice when they are losing money

Start your day slow but ends up getting busy and next thing you know your heading home

Awesome experience. Great benefits and incentives. Pay for security is 15/hr and all other departments in Casino are getting paid a very high salary to start . Security guarding was dangerous at times and we were protecting the casino and patrons which I know is the job but not worth it for the pay . Security guards lowest paid peoples no pay raises unless you became manager or 2IC.

Each and every shift goes by fast, I learned to be more organized.
The supervisers were great a little on the hard side but they were great. Meeting the people who work there makes the job much more fun, and the hardest part is being on your feet for 8 and a half hours a day. I loved the free food. :p

They have the highest standard in customer service and do their best to uphold their staff to it including secret shops and customer service training. Customers are the best and worse thing in the casino or any customer service industry. The slot dept management is great and do their best to accommodate the needs and schedules of the staff.

I greatly enjoyed working at the River Cree as they offered great benefits and pay and also had a good team of people working to make the experience more pleasant. I would definatly recommend it to anyone wanting to work in that industry

The place is well maintained and kept it is a good place to work at and enjoy night time job and you can enjoy the amenities around the resort. It is located in Enoch Cree Nation AB Canada, This company is a well good company are able to take time off for deaths in my family and for culture purposes

The River Cree is a fun place to work, its always bustling with a lot of opportunities for advancement. I have made many friends as well as further developed my customer service skills. I am even more confident in my abilities and interpersonal skills and I am ready for a new challenge

over all i worked there 4 years one year in 4 different departments and it was a good experience learning new things meeting new people and i would gladly work there again when there is more change added to the mix overall its a great place to work

Fantastic guests,  long time staff, upper management , also head of HR are very shady. If you are new I advise you stay clear of all them they are not team players . I have never seen a hr participating in sabotaging but this one does. Otherwise a good place to make money, and tips.
