Their work culture is to oppress the worker, supervisors need to be trained because they don't know how to handle people, everything is shouting and scolding (literally) so incredible. The work is extremely easy but perhaps the owners put a lot of pressure on the supervisor to get production out quickly and that is why they lose their minds but that should not be the case, that is why trained supervisors are in charge of motivating the employee to do their duty correctly

A typical day 5:30 pm until we finish cleaning the plant(random time) 6 days a week. Learned how to clean tools, different surfaces such as tables, belts, floors, walls and machines. Management could be improved. Workplace culture is okay. The co-workers are generally great but management and how they run things isn't always the greatest. The hardest part of the job is dealing with management.
The most enjoyable part of the job is working with the co-workers and cleaning the machines.

Riverside is filled with workers both foreigners and local people. Thats not a bad thing, the only thing bad is they hired just about anybody due to desperation. The supervisors are snobby, management are stuck up, not so friendly co workers, your spot gets stolen if you go for so much as a bathroom break and you basically just sit in the break room for hours and occasionally check for your spot back, still it’s not there. All in all, it’s just a disappointment to the lobster pounds..

Working at riverside is good. I haven't been there long ,but I've been told we will have some slow periods when there won't be any work. Right now we're busy  Working sometimes 13 days without a day off. That's good money when you consider the overtime after 48 hours. Getting paid every week and benefits is also a plus. But still we're having a hard time getting and holding onto workers.

i enjoyed working with this company, they ALWAYS HAD TONS OF WORK! i would like to go back but i dont know if they are hiring since it is not lobster season

Expect you to work long hours with no pay off never happy with any of the work that is done.

Was once asked to clean massive machines with a toothbrush they later forced the entire staff to do so.

Do not work for this company it has poor management, pay, and hours.

The job itself wasn’t bad, cleaning big lobster pots and the pans and everything was kind of fun. The only downside to the job was the hours.  Some people can do it but it was too much for me.

This place is a very secure place to work, however there is no work/home balance. Great place for individuals who have no children, or a spouse. The management at this business are very employee oriented.

Management are good peolple
They are will  walk with you through the learning process of the company. 
I move me to QC learned a lot from upper management. And my fellow Quality Control 

Riverside was good to work for but some of the employees were always in your personal business and they always wanted to know who you were talking to.
