I work here before and one of my supervisor is not really open to accept anyones opinion. Sometimes ask for a meeting openly saying something about problems and how to solve it without knowing that personally the supervisor, broke the rule that has been stated right after the meeting. Overall I like to work with all of my collegue special my lead hand who is really helpful to everyone whenever we need. Everybody's jolly and open to talk with but one. No judgement, no bias, no whatsoever when our production people is approachable.

A very nice place to work. Always exciting and you don't feel that you are left alone. Company takes good care of their employees.  They always make sure that you feel like home there. Company cares more about following the core values that makes this company different from all. Overall I would say, I can come back anytime of my life to work here.

Gaining knowledge in operating different machines involve in the making of granola bars

Fast pace of working habit among the workers

Fast pace and different culture are being exercise 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fast moving machines and training

Hr for this company, never provided any health and safety training . The team leader was very rude and never listened to what I have to say. Complain several times, but nothing was done about it.

I recommend that anyone who wants to bring their skills, talents, and experience to a family-owned company that supports people/profit/plant, explore opportunities here at Riverside Natural Foods.  So much is different here than other CPG companies in order to foster a supportive, collaborative environment. 

Limited opportunity for career advancement so if you are a competitive person, this organization is not ideal for you.  

Almost 80% of the production workers there has the same position as when they started and still doing the same thing over and over again. I can say that one of the  pro is they are generous on giving free food. 

not ideal co workers works at the company..Be careful to those people who wants to work with them..and alot of the workers are lazy taking advantage of their time and taking advantage of the company

Riverside Natural Foods (Made Good) has an amazing working/ family culture. Employees are encouraged to grow within the company. They are all about continuous improvement, environmentally conscientious, and the products are second to none. An amazing place to work and grow professionally!

Young growing company! Owners are hands on which is great! You can smell the granola from the entrance door. 👍 The Company's culture is fast pace, collaborative and changes are consistent. Group of new hires are coming almost every week trying to fill in newly created positions.

Impose respect but only for higher level position is applicable. Politically and positions tribe and looking only for their own interests .
