Overall the work was enjoyable to do. I got to meet a bunch of new people and passed the summer by quickly. A typical day at work was making sure guests were satisfied and looked after. I also did general labor around the resort helping out anyone that needed help and chores. The management was excellent, my manager was very organized and kept the workplace running smoothly.I learned from this job most of the basic skills you would need for a job as this was my first job.

I will always remember my days at riverside. Although its not an ideal location to work it is a great starter job, you gain experience in many different things. Its a mentally relaxed but physically demanding job and has made me a stronger and more experienced laborer to this day. The super visors are well trained and have shown me many things to make yard and even home work easier. I would recommend riverside to a youth looking for experience

People are ok, but some dislike their jobs and don't try to hide it. Management is slightly disorganized and very cheap. Salary is low, little room to move up. However, the work isn't too hard and the food is good. People are good most of the time too. Plus you get to use the pool for free.

This is a very unorganized place to work and the owner is always yelling at his staff. You are expected to work long days with little time to eat if any. 
If you live in the park you are expected to be available at all hours without pay for your time. 

I had an amazing time working there I met a lot of new people I kept the place steady and helped out landscaping at the mini golf course and a little bit of house keeping

Great team to work with, but underpaid
They take safety seriously, expect to read a lot of manuals and safety books before using anything, which seems to be a rarity. 
Does offer housing at a drastically reduced rate, but you end up living where you work so there is no escape from work

Love working here cause you get to meet people and it's on the water and best of al 'll New Managment doing new things to make the place look nicer and cleaner than it all ready is. New owners are great and down to earth can't wait to see what the future brings,and working on a dog friendly place.

Management was open to your ideas, and always had their door open to you.
You have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. 
They treated you like family

Great staff to work with. Scheduling can be a bit iffy as it sometimes changes last minute and wasn't notified until last minute that changes had been made. Wage could be better for what I do. Other than that, it's a decent place

Poorly managed with little to no appreciation for those employees who go above and beyond.  General manager at times was very unprofessional causing a lot of heated workplace problems.
