Roadsport Honda

My working experience at this company, unfortunately was not a good one. Although the job in itself was a good one, the  overall experience was not.

A typical day at the office consisted of scheduling shuttle services, booking appointments, filing,making coffee, being cashier, and other administrative duties. 

Having a good relationship with co-workers and management is very important to me. Unfortunately, there were a few that I could not see eye to eye with. Morals, and values were not demonstrated during my time of employment. Therefore there was a lack of respect present.  

The hardest part of the job was working with people who did not appreciate or recognize hard work, not only by me, but also by a few others.

I love cars, so i enjoyed what I did. But as an oilchanger its the same job repeatedly, so it was not as fun.
I learned many different aspects in the trade such as brake jobs, filters, and much more.
Management was good, but not very organized
I would say the harderst part of the job was, to learn certain things on my own, but it was also the best part of the job.
the most enjoyable part, was learning new things, and working on different parts of the vechicle instead of the same thing over and over.

The job provided is okay. Lots of pressure to upsell to customers. Suggest to customers to sell before maintenance schedule. Needed to meet quota of selling additional services. This overall made the job stressful. Management would always be on us. 

The pay was not great. My review was late and they make you feel that you are replaceable.

The higher ups that own the company don’t know how to run a dealership and don’t care about their employees. You will be over worked and it’s not worth the amount of money they pay you. Most of the employees are amazing and are willing to teach, and the managers are great and appreciate the hard work you do.

I loved to work there. The work place culture is good.
Staff as well as management is very good, cooperative and understanding.
i was able to balance my family life and wok life properly because of my manager's support.
They supported my in my tough times although I was new to work place.

Management willing to listen, but nothing they could change or do.
Assistance manager is helpful.  Not much you could learn, but still good to newbie.  No harsh working environment, but someone there might give you hard time.

fun to work in and management team has fully support not a big money making place but is fair enough for family explains one old rule is work hard more incomes can made at this place

Enjoy communications with customers;
Management pays specific attentions to worker life/work balance;
Learned a lot on reporting system;
great on employee benefits
Sometimes very busy to leave work totally exhausted.

this job was like home.spent 7.5 years at roadsport honda starting in car wash working up to technician.only issue i had was when it was time to be paid like a technician

Fast-paced environment with lots of opportunity to learn if you're an apprentice. Would recommend the job to anyone who wants a dealership to work at long-term.
