I've had multiple jobs in my life and constantly felt like a low life or like what I was doing wasn't important. Not anymore thanks to Robinson! Yes it's 12 hour shifts, yes you work days and nights, yes you might get dirty and have to sweat a little, but you do it as part of a team. Not to mention the work you do helps put tires on cars so the world keeps turning! I finally feel like I have a purpose. There are plenty of great co-workers to have some laughs with and help make the shifts go by. Management is very diligent at giving feedback and coaching you along the way. Training is next generation, they actually have an app and you can do almost all of the training on your phone. Plus they have a dedicated trainer to work one on one with you and make sure you fully understand your job. You can basically work overtime whenever you want. Company events such as paid Golf and Baseball tournaments, Christmas parties, Company outings etc. Come and join the Robinson family!!!

Robinson Innovations is a very fast-growing company that I've been lucky enough to watch expand over the passed 7 years. It is a fast paced environment and at times does require hard work, however there is always someone nearby to help you if needed. The training program is very comprehensive and ensures you get all of the knowledge needed to succeed. Working at Robinson Innovations has been a great experience for myself.  The fast paced and dynamic workload means each day is full of multiple tasks and team oriented goals.  Feedback received by management from team members is crucial in evolving safe work practices, working in tandem with in depth training provided for all aspects of each position. The entire place is stressful.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic and overbearing. Management is out of the loop.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work your butt off, try to squeeze your breaks in where you can and try not to die.

Worked there for over a year.  Nepotism, favoritism reigns supreme. 

The work itself is not worth the pay you make. You're  constantly breathing in different chemicals with the "assurance", that it's fine. It clearly isn't. 

And for a company that's supposed to be this innovator, this jack of all trades like business, they sure do have no problem laying a bunch people off with little more than a text message, after losing a customer.

 Completely unprofessional. 

If you are needing money and want to work while your continuing to look for gainful employment this is a great spot to work. 
There is a very high turnover rate in this place, mostly due to the lack of wages and over-working. 
being late by one minute to clock in deducts 1/2 hour of pay, does not matter of the reason. Working overtime unless "approved" does not get paid.
management is more concerned with the budget than overall worker health.

Some lazy coworkers take break every hour (10 minutes )for cigarette … for non smokers , there is nothing compensated… just work work work …
They will send you termination without even informing the reason!
They don’t care about how much hard worker u r !

 not a very good company to work for, they yell and belittle employees. Often show favoritism towards certain employees.  The HR is almost non existent,feels unsafe to go to upper management about anything as they will often make fun/bully you for having come to them with anything.  Overall very unprofessional. 

You will typically show up to work, get changed, go to "passdown", typically get yelled at about someone else mistakes, then go to you position and be left to the wolves. The management does not have your back and will work up ways to get you fired. Ask anyone there about their favorite part of the job and it'll be "going home".
