If your thinking short term then do it if your looking for long term no beware at first you are doing great then after your 3 month be careful they will let you go for no reason and if your ask they won’t tell you worse place ever manager is the worse counter ppl in slow days just sit at the counter playing on there phones with so much to do and you end up doing everything. If something happens out of the job be careful cause manager think it’s ok to call you out in to the office and ring you out for something that is not even work related. Worse place ever stay away .

The community based working environment is very inclusive. It’s a fun, busy place to work. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It is a reactive environment, can be fast and slow from minute to minute.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Positive and encouraging. There is always something to learn.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Serving customers, picking orders, ordering parts.

Great coworkers and management. Obviously the customers can be a bit...difficult, but as long as you're familiar with general labour industry types then you're good to go.

I'm terrible at stress management and my overall self-confidence, but as long as you believe in yourself (and have a pretty good memory) and work hard, you'll do great.

Spent many years working at Robinson. Made lots of promotional moves over my time, but had to take opportunities when they appeared as they came and went quickly. There is a lot to learn about product and application, the quicker you learn the better. 

The warehouse is a mess there’s no teaching the workers can be very rude the drivers that come in are rude the costumers at the counter are super rude over all I was treated poorly often had to do much more work then expected and you better expect to have to lift well over 50 lbs a lot of unsafe practices take place there

Most of the people that work there are enjoyable to work with but the management doesn’t do a whole lot to help improve the morale and working conditions. They hope you’re happy with profit sharing so they don’t have to give you any sort of substantial pay increase.

Being hired on my first interview should have been my first red flag. Amongst other things, the uncomfortable conditions were downplayed (freezing cold in summer, blazing hot in winter).

Its a good place to work/Good benefits.However lacks professional mgment of workforce. Employees are expected to be highly multi faceted not practical

The job I'm currently working is decent, but not perfect. It has its positive aspects, but there are areas for improvement that could make it more fulfilling and align better with my long-term goals.



Friendly positive workplace. Manager was understanding and didn't mind helping out and getting his hands dirty. Other staff were helpful and patient while you were learning.
